BetterComp offers an innovative solution for many compensation processes and analytics that every organization is faced with. As a very large, global organization (>30k) participating in almost 75 salary surveys, BetterComp was the best solution out of many other vendors we demoed. We found that many of the other vendors have legacy systems that make it difficult to customize the tool. BetterComp has been built with flexibility in mind and the team works very hard to accommodate customization where possible. While we are still in the implementation phase, we have been so impressed by our senior customer experience manager who has walked us through setting up the system step-by-step. The team has very strong experience working with a variety of systems and tools and the expertise they have makes it easy for us to review the options and select the approach that is best for our organization. We also enjoy the "customer delight" approach BetterComp uses for system enhancements. One of the best features we enjoy is being able to suggest ideas that are evaluated and seriously considered to make our lives and those of their other customers better.
