Insightful Trend Tracking, but Playbook Switching Needs Improvement
I love the ability to search and track trends within Balto. As we continue to grow, I know there are consistent areas for improvement for our team members and having insight to large sample sizes is far more impactful than bi-weekly call evaluations. The AI's ability to pick up and track these trends are really insightful.

I like that Balto helps keep our agents on script, which ensures they are saying the right things every time they're on a call with a customer. It makes sure everybody stays on the same topics and says the same things, maintaining consistency. The initial setup was very easy.
