I really like Awardco because it's very easy to use, which makes managing employee rewards a lot simpler. The setup process was also very easy, so getting started was a breeze. I also value the feature that allows me to spend points in exchange for gifts, which adds a lot of flexibility to the rewards system. Overall, Awardco makes it much easier than handing out old paper gift cards.
