Autowrite

Autowrite is software for Canadian mortgage brokers. A broker creates a document checklist for the deal type and sends the borrower a secure upload link. Autowrite classifies uploaded PDFs, photos and scans (such as NOAs, T4s, pay stubs and bank statements), reads the fields, and fills the underwriting form. It checks stated income against bank statements and reviews the down payment, including large deposits and gifted funds. The completed application syncs to the broker's mortgage software, where the broker reviews and submits it. After the commitment letter is uploaded, Autowrite prepares the e-sign workflow and compiles the brokerage compliance package. Borrower data is stored and processed in AWS Canada (ca-central-1) and is not used to train AI models. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, no credit card required.
