After conducting more than 130 initial interviews last year, I realized traditional screening is fundamentally flawed.
We miss a lot of talented people whose CVs aren't perfectly tailored for specific roles or ATS algorithms. With AI-generated resumes becoming common, just reading a CV makes it even harder to discover the right candidates. I also encountered candidates who misrepresented their skills or weren't a good fit culturally.
Crucially, I saw potentially great hires slip away due to delays in the interview process. Often, especially for junior roles, it becomes 'first come, first served', meaning companies miss out on stars they might have found if they could screen everyone efficiently.

It's a platform where AI interactively interviews candidates for any role, specializing in deep knowledge checks. Interviews are fully customizable (though we recommend keeping them short and specific!).
We also created a dedicated Job Seekers Portal (https://auto-interviewer.com/#jo...). Here, candidates can practice interviews on various topics using our AI, get feedback, and publish verified results to their profile – proving they really know their stuff.
