I really like Atera for its ease of use and expansive feature set, which offers a much better value than other services. With Atera, features that usually require add-ons in other platforms are included. It's refreshing how user-friendly Atera is, especially when running scripting through an easy-to-use drop-down, unlike ConnectWise which I found bulky and non-intuitive. The initial setup was very easy, contributing to a smoother experience overall. Also, the ability to manage multiple screens at once using AnyDesk with Atera for multi-monitor setups is a great advantage.

The clean interface makes onboarding junior techs simple because everything—from device health to ticket history—is laid out logically. You don’t have to dig through nested menus just to check disk space or CPU usage.

Having the script deployment, patch updates, and remote access all under one roof saves us a lot of back-and-forth during the day.
