Easy-to-Customize Alert Thresholds for Every Department
The alert thresholds are easy to customize for individual departments. For instance, our video editors’ workstations pull a lot of juice and run hot, so I set different CPU warning limits for them compared to our standard administrative laptops.

Fast Agent Deployment and Snappy Remote Connections Across Offices
The agent deployment process was genuinely fast. We manage about 150 workstations across a few different satellite offices, and pushing out the installer via Group Policy took less than an hour. Once it was running, the remote connection speed through HTML5 or the native viewer was snappy enough that users don’t complain about lag.
