Alex handles objections better than some of my reps
Last month, I listened to 50 Alex calls to evaluate quality. His objection handling is consistent and clearly well trained. When a prospect says, “we’re already using a competitor,” Alex smoothly pivots to a specific value proposition without coming across as pushy. By comparison, some of my human reps can be more aggressive in those moments. Alex stays on script and keeps the tone on brand throughout.

Signal-Based Campaigns That Make Personalization Easy and Save Time
I like how we can build campaigns with actual signals instead of just static company lists. We can target accounts which have posted jobs for specific roles or are showing some other signal that they could be active in the market.
This gives us a true reason to mention them, which makes the personalization a lot easier. When doing that research by hand, this would take up a ton of the team’s time so getting that part handled for us was a big help.
