The multi-channel branching is smarter than I expected
If a prospect opens an email but doesn’t reply, Katie can follow up on LinkedIn. If they engage on LinkedIn but still don’t book, Alex may call. Instead of running through a fixed sequence, the system shifts channels based on the prospect’s behavior. In our case, one prospect ignored three emails but booked right away after a LinkedIn voice note. Alta identified the path that actually worked.
