Our platform includes a smartphone app and an AI-enabled voice solution for feature phones, designed to start with private security firms and personnel. We are also in the process of filing a patent for one of our key innovations : Dynamic Trust Score, which solves a fundamental pain-point in India and across the world: how to establish and build trust beyond KYC. As an employer it helps you answer the question: “The KYC and credentials check out but how much can I trust this person?” In today’s dynamically changing work, the specific digital literacy skills required to fulfill a task are not well-mapped. Does a driver know how to follow directions in Maps? UpAndUp.Life is therefore releasing a ‘Digital Literacy Framework’ (DLF) that maps 50+ specific skills. DLF will be released under an opensource license as a Digital Public Good. Our team is spread across India, with headquarters in Mumbai, led by Managing Director Suresh Jain. Our Engineering team, headed by Co-Founder and CTO James Chacko in Bengaluru, operates pan-India and our Design team, based in New Delhi, is headed by Chief Design Officer, Niyam Bhushan, with Manvi Aggarwal as Design Lead.
