It is very nice because you can just leave a simple message or customize it with a gif. And is very nice to be able to centralize it in a single channel. As an HR director, I just loved the idea of reducing the administrative burden of my team making the process super efficient. Shoutouts - the app help us to promote the culture of celebration and appreciation, allowing colleagues to recognize each other's milestone with a customized message for the all company. It is awesome to link the milestones with the company' values.

We went 100% remote during covid. Airspeed allowed us to socialize with each other in a fun way and keep track of our birthdays and anniversaries. They make it super easy to wish someone a happy birthday or anniversary by suggesting stuff to say. Now everyone gets a big virtual card on their special day, it's really great.

It's been extremely helpful to us in automating the celebration on our Slack channel. The use of AI for creating messages is the best feature.
