It is so easy to use. It was so easy to upload everyones start dates and birthdays to get started. We use it several times a week. The customer support has always been fast to respond to any questions and takes care of everything quickly. **What do you dislike about Airspeed?** So far we haven't found anything we dislike. **What problems is Airspeed solving and how is that benefiting you?** We like to recognize everyones birthdays and work anniversarys. Airspeed allowed me to upload all of these dates via a spreadsheet and now we are reminded about special dates automatically. This way no ones special days are missed. Literally just a few clicks and we were good to go. I love that Airspeed keeps track of important dates like work anniversaries and birthdays so you can recognize your colleagues and stay connected even if you don't physically work together. The icebreaker app is as a fun way to learn about my coworkers and just start interacting in a different way, trading pictures of what we made for dinner and talking about our favorite TV shows. Highly recommend! **What do you dislike about Airspeed?** Sometimes I need to mute the notifications because it's just one more red bubble that needs my attention, or I get distracted and focus on that instead of work 😂. **What problems is Airspeed solving and how is that benefiting you?** Working remotely is inherently isolating. It allows us to never miss an important date. It is very nice because you can just leave a simple message or customize it with a gif. And is very nice to be able to centralize it in a single channel. As an HR director, I just loved the idea of reducing the administrative burden of my team making the process super efficient. Shoutouts - the app help us to promote the culture of celebration and appreciation, allowing colleagues to recognize each other's milestone with a customized message for the all company. Airspeed allowed us to socialize with each other in a fun way and keep track of our birthdays and anniversaries. They make it super easy to wish someone a happy birthday or anniversary by suggesting stuff to say. Now everyone gets a big virtual card on their special day, it's really great. **What do you dislike about Airspeed?** The app works really well from our employees' perspective, they love using it. That is very valuable data for us and it would be great if we could have access to it on an ongoing basis. **What problems is Airspeed solving and how is that benefiting you?** Prior to using Airspeed (Intros by Airspeed), we just sent members a copy and paste of the format we want them to use for the introduction. For example, you have to post a new Airspeed comment on the channel instead of being able to use the features in a comment on a post already done. **What problems is Airspeed solving and how is that benefiting you?** It solves the issue of engagement with fellow coworkers who work remotely and don't come into the office as much as other companies.
