Punchly is time tracking software for teams that bill clients for their time or need to know where it goes. It takes a team from the first timer to an approved timesheet and a client invoice in one tool.
Everyone tracks time the way that suits them: a one-click timer, a weekly timesheet, a calendar view, or a shared kiosk for staff without their own device. Desktop apps for Windows, Mac and Linux, and mobile apps for Android and iPhone, keep tracking offline and sync when they reconnect. People sign in with Google, Microsoft or an email code, so there are no passwords to manage.
Managers see who worked on what for every client and project, set billable and cost rates, approve timesheets before they’re billed, and turn approved hours into invoices. Punchly also handles time off, holidays, attendance and overtime, and connects to QuickBooks Online and to Jira, bringing issues in as tasks.
Screenshots and GPS tracking are available on the Pro plan but stay off until an admin turns them on, so teams get visibility without monitoring by default.
Punchly is free for up to 5 people. Paid plans start at $2 per person per month, and teams in India are billed in rupees with GST included. Teams moving from Clockify can import their history from a CSV export.
