Drivers do pre-trip inspections with photos, mark student attendance, clock in and out, and ask for time off; the office sees who's on duty, approves time off, gets substitutes suggested, and has hours and pay ready for payroll. Maintenance schedules, work orders, parts, fuel, compliance reminders and ready-made reports are all included. It's easy to set up (about ten minutes) and customizable: your own inspection checklists, roles and permissions, notification and compliance rules, pay rules and kinds of time off.
Having used the system for fleet management, this reviewer finds the interface simple and easy to use. The software can be slow to implement new developments and updates.
