The system is very user friendly and easy to navigate

I really appreciate the people at Auris Payroll. They've been amazing, always calling back to help me even when they're closed. The dashboard is also straightforward and self-explanatory, which makes it easy to navigate. Amanda, in particular, has been very helpful by being clear and visual, making sure I understand everything as I go through onboarding and payroll. I also prefer Auris over our previous system, Gusto, because Auris offers supportive and accessible customer service, unlike Gusto where I felt like I was on my own.

It’s less time-consuming than most other agencies I’ve used in the past. When I have a question or need assistance, I get a quick response. We have a difficult account so having someone respond quickly is important.
