Zitlin is a free hotel and restaurant management system built for independent properties - from small guesthouses to 100+ rooms hotels. It combines a property management system (PMS), restaurant POS, direct booking engine, and QR payment processing in one dashboard, with no monthly fee for core features. Key capabilities include hourly and day-use room bookings (alongside nightly reservations), GST and VAT-compliant invoice generation, kitchen order ticket (KOT) management, banquet and event space bookings, and multi-property support from a single login. Zitlin's direct booking engine is commission-free. Guests book directly from the hotel's website — no OTA fees. QR payments are built in natively, supporting UPI (India), VietQR (Vietnam), QRIS (Indonesia), DuitNow (Malaysia), ThaiQR (Thailand), SGQR (Singapore), QR Ph (Philippines), and SEPA (Europe). Staff use the Android app on their own devices — no dedicated hardware required. Self-onboarding takes under 10 minutes. Pro plan adds multi-user role-based access control, unlimited invoices, iCal OTA sync with Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia and more, and API access for custom booking integrations.
