**What do you like best about Zurmo?**

What I really like about Zurmo is how it makes using a CRM more engaging with its gamification features. It’s also open-source, so it’s super flexible to customize, and the clean, simple interface makes it easy for anyone to get started and actually enjoy using it.

**What do you dislike about Zurmo?**

While Zurmo has some great features, it can feel a bit limited compared to more modern CRMs—especially when it comes to advanced integrations or out-of-the-box features. Also, since it’s open-source, setting it up and customizing it might need some technical know-how, which can be a bit tricky for non-tech users.

**What problems is Zurmo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

"Zurmo helps solve the common problem of low user engagement with CRMs. By making it more interactive through gamification, it actually motivates teams to use the system regularly. It also solves the issue of rigidity in traditional CRMs—the open-source setup means we can tweak it to fit our exact needs. For me, that means better tracking of customer interactions, smoother workflows, and more accurate data without needing to chase people to update the system."

**What do you like best about Zurmo?**

Great tool, self-hosted is great for small businesses, and it has some great features like gamification which you don't find out-of-the-box on larger, paid CRMs

**What do you dislike about Zurmo?**

One thing I do not like about its platform is they charge you up for assisting customer, otherwise nothing to dislike about.

**What do you like best about Zurmo?**

Zurmo is one of the best open source CRM available, that's what I feel. It's highly customizable and that gives me freedom to keep a track and better productivity on my tasks. Really powerful system and reliable.

**What do you dislike about Zurmo?**

Very few bugs can be seen but they don't really seem to be a problem. Also back end team could work on the same to solve those tiny bugs. Also it kinda lags but that happens rarely.

**Recommendations to others considering Zurmo:**

Well if you are into market research,sales, lead Management, digital marketing (for analysis) you can go for this. Easy to use as its highly customisable

**What problems is Zurmo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By using this CRM, I am easily working on my leads and also in market analysis. It also helps me in contacting my customers and managing those contacts. This has impacted positively on my performance.

**What do you like best about Zurmo?**

Zurmo helps salesmen picture and oversee cycles and arrangements. It likewise gives announcing highlights that assist clients with making and offering reports by making 3D diagrams, pie graphs, doughnuts, from there, the sky is the limit.

This CRM was okay, and most people that tried it were able to figure things out, but what our IT guys really loved was that it's open source. That didn't matter to most people though.

Nothing about it really stood out. Just seemed like another option that offered nothing particularly special

If you have a lot of computer tech type people this may be the CRM for you.

Presented packaged easy to use, many options available to accompany the project. The interface is very good. I would suggest that it is good for small businesses.

I think the free version has limited support, and also the updates for the free version have fallen behind compared to the paid one.

Featured packed easy to use, lots of options available to keep track on fot the project. The interface is quite good. I would suggest it's good for small business.

I can say that the use of the interface is really simple and understandable. It meets all my needs and we can say that it is really user-friendly. Anything you want to do can be done instantly with Zurmo and you don't need other programs.

Although it is sad to have occasional stutters, I can say that we are generally satisfied.

The fact that everything that we usually get errors in other programs and which is very difficult and incomprehensible by the user is wonderful in Zurmo puts us in the foreground in terms of speed and cost.

**What do you like best about Zurmo?**

CRMs are great platform whenever you want to have a great customer relation between business and client.  Zurmo is not only great at great customer support but I find it perfect for our business as a sales management tool which has improved my business from a large margin. The Product automation and marketing automation are great features helps in keeping a track of my sales and make appropriate decisions just according to the stats.

**What do you dislike about Zurmo?**

The only thing that is a bit odd is that they charge you up for customer support response even if the query is just a small one and if you have more you have to pay even more just to get help into actually trying to install and use this platform for yourself.

**What problems is Zurmo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a sales management tool, I find that Zurmo stands out from the rest with its amazing gamified features, the goals and task achievement for sales progress have been extremely improved. The elements of gamification like leveling points and badges make the platform fun-filled for the employees to put their efforts into completing the assigned tasks.

I love using Zurmo for our business as it is a great platform that provides services to all kinds of business scales with a very user-friendly interface. Its features of Salesforce automation, as well as marketing automation, helps and ensures my business to achieve higher success rates and track the sales of my business.

**What do you dislike about Zurmo?**

I mean the one thing I feel insane about their platform is they charge you up for customer support even if the query is just a small one and if you have more you are going to empty your pockets just to get help into actually trying to install and use this platform for your use.

**What problems is Zurmo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find that the gamified elements has motivated and peaked up the interest of my employees into getting higher point than other colleagues, which eventually helps, in great business growth in a very fun way. These elements consist of badges, leveling points, etc that create a determination in the employee to achieve their assigned task with the highest score.

I really love how Zurmo is available for all businesses like mine whose entire work flow depends upon sales and marketing. I really enjoy using Zurmo as my CRM app because it is very easy to use and navigate. Zurmo has really helped in in managing detailed records of contacts. Zurm is a great platform that helped in my business growth with its sales force and marketing automation

I find the gamification feature to be a bit childish in the line of serious business. Linux for the upgrade and installation might possess difficulty for people who are not familiar. The support services charge money even for the basics of things.

I think Zurmo really helps in keeping a track record of business's functional growth activities by keeping tasks, meetings, and notes in one place of reach. The gamification was an interesting element to choose, as a lot of my workers find it fascinating to achieve their goal via motivation of badges and leveling points.
