The single biggest win has been visibility across functions. Before Sudozi, a software renewal at our company touched finance, IT, security review, and legal — and each team tracked it somewhere different. Requests lived in Slack threads and spreadsheets, and nobody could answer "where is this right now?" without pinging three people.

Sudozi gave us one intake point and one view of every request in flight. Budget owners can see committed vs. remaining spend without asking finance for a pull, and IT sees what's coming before it lands on them. Intake was straightforward to configure to our approval paths, and adoption across all teams took roughly 1 month— people actually use it, which is more than I can say for previous tools we tried to roll out. Back in January 2026, attaching vendor order forms to a record was fully manual — you'd submit via email, then re-key the terms, dates, and pricing into the fields by hand.

That said, the recent AI release that scans the order form and suggests field inputs has significantly accelerated the review. 1. Light software with important & critical functions. Do not have crazy amounts of integrations & unnecessary features that force you to adapt to. (Which is uncommon in this type of software!!!)

2. Strong flexibility in creating spend requests and navigating the approval flow. No backend coding or complicated customer support is needed for any of these. You can do everything on the web by yourself.

3. Focusing on the core needs for compliance & procurement team.

4. Good UI & UX experience.

The value that Sudozi brings to market at an amazingly competitive price sets the product apart. The feature sets are on par with market leaders at a fraction of the cost. The UX was actually more refined and user friendly than most market leaders. This was a crucial element for us considering our limited headcount in Procurement, and desire for rapid adoption of business users. The integrations, specifically with Netsuite, have been seamless, and have allowed us to further leverage the tool beyond our initial business case scope. It’s hard to think of many things that I dislike. The Sudozi team is very responsive to product improvements, and are very quick to help problem solve any issues that are encountered (very few). Sudozi is great to create custom request types so I can alter our workflow depending on the type of procurement being done. Sudozi is not a procure to pay tool (yet) or a sourcing tool. We don't need either one, but if you're looking for a complete Source to Pay tool, the product is probably not what you need (yet).
