What do you like best about ZOKO?

I can easily access ZOKO on both my mobile and laptop. Viewing all conversations is effortless, and I can assign tasks and personalize or create canned messages for customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ZOKO?

What do you like best about ZOKO?

It provides many unique features for marketing, like a broadcast messaging facility and a nurture sequence facility for your business, and the outstanding quality is the cart recovery option. You can add a message to send in sequence or after 20 to 30 minutes. Like other software, it's not clunky, but its functionality is much decent and smooth. It also provides a fantastic inbox team for users, which helps handle this significantly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ZOKO?

Other than the chatbot facility's unavailability, I don't think there is any other disadvantage or bad feature in this software. In my opinion, no part is terrible or poor for the users, especially for the businesses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ZOKO?

The UI can be improved, even though the process and integration are speedy. I sometimes felt the UI could be improvised a bit. The support team is excellent. The system is stable. What do you like best about ZOKO?

Zoko is a powerful tool for WhatsApp marketing and sharing remainders on WhatsApp based on customer interaction. We love the Abandoned Cart feature. It helps us to convert more than 30% of customers actually to buy the product Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ZOKO?

WhatsApp Business API onboarding took a couple of weeks, but it's Facebook's process time Zoko can't be blamed entirely, but we would love if that period gets reduced in future Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
