# Which video email software has the best CRM and Gmail integration for sales teams?

Hi G2 community, here is my read after a week in this category: a video email tool lives or dies on two connections, the Gmail side where sales teams actually send, and the CRM side, Salesforce or HubSpot, where the activity has to land. So which video email software has the best CRM and Gmail integration in practice? From the video email category, four tools with G2's current numbers:

Vidyard (4.5, 830+ reviews): the sales-video veteran, recording and sending from a Gmail extension rated 93% on G2's feature data, with video-view activity flowing into Salesforce and HubSpot records.

Sendspark (4.7, 370+): built for personalized sales video at scale, with API and integrations rated 90%, the top score in this group, and dynamic video that pulls names from the CRM.

BombBomb (4.7, 585+): one of the originals in sending video inside the email itself, from Gmail or Outlook, with deep roots in relationship-driven industries like real estate and the CRMs they run.

Loom (4.7, 2,410+): the async video giant rather than a sales-specific tool, but its Gmail extension (rated 91%) makes it the tool many reps already have installed.

Oh for sales specifically, Vidyard is the one I'd check first, it's built for sales video with Gmail and Outlook plugins plus Salesforce and HubSpot integration, and a free Chrome recorder to get going. BombBomb is the other strong pick, big with sales and real estate folks for video email that plugs into Gmail, Outlook and CRMs. Honest tip, both advertise broad CRM support, so hand them your exact CRM and make sure it's a real two-way sync (activity logging, not just a send button) before committing. Which CRM are you on, Salesforce or HubSpot? That usually decides it.
