"Zoho Assist: Easy, Secure Remote Support That Streamlines IT Troubleshooting"
5/5
What do you like best about Zoho Assist?

What I like best about Zoho Assist is its ease of use, secure remote access capabilities, and reliable performance. It allows our technical team to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues quickly without requiring complex setup. The unattended access feature, multi-platform support, file transfer, session recording, and seamless integration with the Zoho ecosystem make it an efficient solution for remote IT support. Overall, it has significantly improved our response times, enhanced customer satisfaction, and streamlined our support operations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho Assist?

The initial setup for some advanced features can take time, and connection quality may occasionally depend on the client's internet connection. Aside from that, Zoho Assist is a dependable and easy-to-use remote support solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable and efficient tool for corporate remote support."
3.5/5
What do you like best about Zoho Assist?

Zoho Assist has become one of the main tools in our remote support operation. We are gradually increasing our use of unattended access to assist users and perform administrative activities. This is significantly reducing the time spent on support and improving the resolution of tickets.

A feature that helps us a lot is the support for multiple monitors. This greatly facilitates when we need to perform diagnostics, apply fixes, or support users who work with more than one screen. The connection is stable, and even in environments with bandwidth limitations, we can usually work without interruptions.

Another benefit that surprised us was the ease of deployment and management of devices. The process is simple, fast, and requires little effort from the technical team. Additionally, the tool allows executing native Windows functions transparently, as if the technician were physically in front of the equipment. The integration with the operating system's own resources increases support efficiency and facilitates the expansion of the tool as needed by the company, without requiring specialized training for end users.

We also found value in using artificial intelligence through Zia, which assists technicians with suggestions and guidance during the problem-solving process, contributing to faster and more consistent support.

Overall, Zoho Assist has helped us reduce support time, improve user experience, and increase the productivity of the support team. Besides the operational gains, we noticed a clear return on the investment made. It is a reliable solution that delivers exactly what we expect from a corporate remote access tool. What do you dislike about Zoho Assist?

So far, there is nothing that has displeased us with the use of the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zoho Assist?

I have been using Zoho Assist & it's been reliable for remote support with smooth setup and secure connections. The interface can take a little time to get used to but overall it offers solid value for the price. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho Assist?

Zoho Assist works well overall but the interface can feel a bit cluttered and some advanced features have a learning curve. On slower internet connections, remote sessions may occasionally lag which can affect the support experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Instant, Trust-Building Remote Access with Clear Guidance and Smart Reporting"
5/5
What do you like best about Zoho Assist?

Step by step instructions provided for the customer end module software. Convenient for customer to understand the instructions and clear display to customer about who is trying to access the device with company name and person name. Builds trust for the customer. Hence, denial rate has greatly reduced. Mobile and desktop both. The Zoho assist universal add on for customer end was a pleasant surprise. The integrations with other softwares are comprehensive. There is no lag or latency and the interface is instantaneous. Being included as a part of the Zoho One suit is a great boon as there is no additional cost to the company being a part of the Zoho One suite. The software is intelligent and the reporting featiures make it beneficial. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho Assist?

It is all good and excellently designed. No complaints. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Zoho Desk Integration Makes Support Effortless"
5/5
What do you like best about Zoho Assist?

We used to use another product, and there was no integration between it and Zoho Deks, so it made sense for me to pilot Zoho Assist. To be honest, I could not wait until the other product licence expires so I can sign up with Zoho Assist. It is so easy to support a user from the helpdesk directly without having to open another system, etc... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho Assist?

I really think customising the grid would be very useful. We use the unattended function, and customising the grid is essential. For example, there is no location field, and if you want to use the note field, it is not available to be added into the grid Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple, Cross-Platform Remote Support with Exceptional Performance and Value"
5/5
What do you like best about Zoho Assist?

It's simple to use, it works cross platform and it really makes support easy. If you run a smaller team or consultancy, it is incredibly economical and blows Teamviewer's pricing out of the water. It has exceptional performance and allows me to resume dropped sessions. It additionally allows me to make notes about each and every session. Zoho support is also always willing to help when I get stuck and often reach out to me if I report I've had a bad session. It can integrate with Zoho Books for easier billing and has some AI features but I don't use either of those features to be honest. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho Assist?

It can sometimes be a bit difficult for non-technical users to use. What they would really benefit from is a "quick support app option" Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable, Fast Remote Login with Unattended Access That Saves the Day"
5/5
What do you like best about Zoho Assist?

One of the most reliable and consistent remote login apps I've ever used. The unattended access feature has saved me when in a pinch multiple times, in the speed and efficiency of bouncing between multiple devices or needing to access a device in another location. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho Assist?

Zoho seems to have so many different apps and systems, I sometimes struggle in being redirected to other logins or finding the right place to get to my unattended access panel, but it's rare and not a major issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Zoho Assist Unattended Access: Exactly What I Needed, Incredibly Easy to Use"
5/5
What do you like best about Zoho Assist?

Zoho Assist does exactly what I need it to do. I mainly use the Unattended Access service, and the interface couldn’t be easier to use. I also like that I can add notes in the computer name section, which helps me remember which computers belong to whom. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho Assist?

The only downside I’ve found with Zoho Assist Unattended Access is that I can’t join a PC if it’s powered down, but that’s just the nature of the beast. Other services are the same. They also have a lot of add on services, so much so I have not been able to take a look at them all yet, which is a good thing but can easily forget where to navigate to complete tasks. "Simple, organized, and with fast connection: invitation by email and immediate permissions"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Zoho Assist?

It's simple and organized: the attendance invitation is sent by email to the user and they just need to log in. Apply the permissions immediately and take control of the machine with limited privileges, without being invasive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho Assist?

We are still in the testing phase, but compared to AnyDesk, the connection times and the simplicity of connecting are unsurpassably better. Compared to TeamViewer, the smoothness is only matched by the paid version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy-to-Use, Secure Browser-Based Remote Support with Zoho Assist"
5/5
What do you like best about Zoho Assist?

Zoho Assist is very easy to use and quick to deploy when supporting users remotely. I like that I can start a session quickly without requiring complex installation on the user’s side, which is helpful when assisting non-technical users. The interface is straightforward and reliable, and it allows me to troubleshoot issues, run commands, and guide users through problems in real time. It’s also convenient that everything runs securely through the browser, which makes remote support efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho Assist?

Overall it works very well, but sometimes the connection can feel slightly slower compared to some other remote support tools, especially when working on devices with lower bandwidth. The interface could also be a bit more streamlined in certain areas, such as navigating between sessions or accessing advanced tools. However, these are relatively minor issues and don’t affect the overall usability much. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
