**What do you dislike about Zip?**

In every platform, there will always be flaws; however, I believe Zip is already knew and making it priority.

- Enabling our Procurement Policy -- has allowed us to transition all of our vendor spend from corporate cards to Zip's P2P process ensuring appropriate controls and visibility over spend
- AP Payment efficiency -- We implemented Global Payments and have seen ~8 hours per week of time savings compared to our previous AP payments process

  ### 3. UX and Customization ability is excellent!

There are some limitations in collaboration with external parties, but I believe Zip has a plan to address these.

**What problems is Zip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zip is helping us to create a complete P2P solution that includes collaboration across all of our business units and key stakeholders. We have much greater compliance and visibility into our spend that helps us operate in a more efficient manner.

**What do you like best about Zip?**

Zip is such an amazing tool for our procurement process. As an admin, I find it easy to navigate when making configuration changes, and our users really enjoy how intuitive and seamless the request process is. They also love the virtual cards. It's really helped transform how we do procurement in a much more effective and streamlined way.

**What do you dislike about Zip?**

Nothing! Zip continues to expand it's functionality, which makes me feel like we went with a tool that really capitalizes on the latest in procurement technology.

Zip is very customizable. It's easy to navigate and makes the change management of using a P2P or implementing process very easy.

Ease of having multiple approvals greenlit in one space, rather than several different spaces

  ### 15. Customer Support

The Customer Service is amazing and that was a big miss in our old vendor.

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Zip?**

Easy to learn and use. Very intuitive. Easy to train.

**What do you dislike about Zip?**

Reporting and vendor master data base between vendor master and vendor information in PO request. They need to tie together.

**What problems is Zip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vendor mater needs to sync to vendor information on the PO request for tax and 1099 purposes.

  ### 18. Smooth and user friendly

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Automotive | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 16, 2024

**What do you like best about Zip?**

I like zip because it has been easy to navigate, there are no challenging areas that would require cutsomer service.

**What do you dislike about Zip?**

I wish that Zip gave a more of a Linkedin community, the arena to make connections.

**What problems is Zip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am sourcing and Zip is making the terrain easier to navigate

  ### 19. Highly customizable and easy to use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashley W. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 31, 2023

**What do you like best about Zip?**

Their customer support is fantastic and available to meet regularly to answer any questions we have. They have also been very receptive to feedback about additional features we'd like to see and have implemented a number of requested items. The system is very easy to use from an admin and user perspective. The platform is very customizable which makes it easy for us to configure our internal processes with the tool.

**What do you dislike about Zip?**

No real downsides. I'd love to be able to automate some review fields based on responses in the intake form but that's pretty minor.

**What problems is Zip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's allowing us to capture all of the required information to understand what is being purchased and additional details that help inform what internal teams need to review before approving. We're able to keep track of what types of purchases, costs, etc. very easily.

  ### 20. Nimble P2P Tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nick H. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 29, 2023

**What do you like best about Zip?**

In my experience, Zip has proven to be quite agile in terms of its functionality, there are many customizations and configurations available. I particulary appreciate how easy it is to modify and adjust workflows, which are neatly displayed as a visual swimlane.

**What do you dislike about Zip?**

Zip Intake still leaves some to be desired in terms of reporting; particularly when it comes to tracking maintenance renewals.

**What problems is Zip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Zip as our Procure to Pay and receiving tool. Zip captures a lot of useful data on the front end / intake process that makes it easier for our review teams in legal & privacy to better assess incoming agreements. We have just launced our Zip AP UX, so the "jury's still out" in terms of how successful that is.

  ### 21. Easy to use

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 08, 2024

**What do you like best about Zip?**

The elegance and simplicty of the user interface

**What do you dislike about Zip?**

Nothing material - it would be good to have OCR capabilities. I understand that's in the works.

**What problems is Zip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Coordinating among stakeholders and centralizing all information and input regarding a request in one place

  ### 22. Zip really works!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Media Production | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 11, 2023

**What do you like best about Zip?**

Zip has been truly effective for us; the system is intuitive and the internal adoption and positive feedback speaks for itself. We have quickly improved visibility, compliance and spend control in our organisation.

Configuration is very easy and the ability to easily modify workflows without the need for support is great for us.

The integrations such as Slack for notifications are great, as well as the seamless DocuSign integration which has been a real game changer for us.

The support and implementation team from Zip have also been great throughout.

**What do you dislike about Zip?**

For now, the limited functionality for vendor compliance and onboarding is a bit of a gap and it would be great if we could see this implemented within zip.

The option for running sourcing events (which I understand is in the pipeline) will be a massive winner.

**What problems is Zip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Improved visibility for all purchase requests. Automating and integrating the approval workflow process into one tool and centralisation of all request forms for users.

  ### 23. Making life for Procurement efficient and user-friendly

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Francene B. | Procurement Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 27, 2023

**What do you like best about Zip?**

Zip Intake featuresare user-friendly and is a streamlined process. It is an efficient experience for data collection adn form submissions. Zip is easy to use and enhances overall user satisfaction.

**What do you dislike about Zip?**

As a Procurement Specialist using Zip Intake, a downside for me are small details. There are some limitations in customization and at times. For example: communication with our other implementation platforms is limited.

**What problems is Zip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zip Intake is solving the challenge of efficient data collection and form submissions. It benefits our Procurement Team by saving time and streamlining processes.

  ### 24. Zip is a game changer!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 10, 2023

**What do you like best about Zip?**

Zip is easy to configure and customize conditions that fit your company needs. The workflow visibility is very helpful so everyone can see status of a request and what steps are remaining. Zip also makes vendor onboarding easy and has helped transform this manual process into a seamless electronic experience for our supply base.

**What do you dislike about Zip?**

Downloading invoice data is helpful, however Zip does not have the ability to pre-set report conditions for recurring data review. They have this feature on the request side, and I would love for this expanded capability to be available on the invoice side as well.

**What problems is Zip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My company previously routed purchase approvals via e-mail which was lengthy and difficult to track status. Zip's intake form is simple and provides everyone the visibility to see what approvals are needed and who has the action at any given time.

  ### 25. Making things easy with ZIP

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paul Erik C. | Tax Accountant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about Zip?**

1. Integration with accounting system, specifically Netsuite.
2. All-in-one platform where you can onboard, process, and pay
3. ZIP is very user-friendly

**What do you dislike about Zip?**

As a user from asian country, I think the only dislike with ZIP is the availability of their admins and/or customer support since they're based in western countries.

**What problems is Zip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Manual process - ZIP really solved our problem with manual toil. It eliminates manual endorsement and approval.

  ### 26. Best tool for contolling our spendings!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emanuel F. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 16, 2023

**What do you like best about Zip?**

Zip is very ease to use and the implementation was smooth and very fast. The support we had from our CSM and from all the entire ZIP team has been amazing! We use this on a daily basis to controll the budgeting and speding on our application porfolio (new tools and renewals) and also the purchase of IT Equipment. The integration with Jira is amazing and this allow our team members to just of focus on using just one tool to manage all ticket.

**What do you dislike about Zip?**

Not a dislike but and improvement in would be if ZIP could support deeper integration with Jira to allow matching of ZIP fields with Jira costum fields would be awesome.

**What problems is Zip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allowing us to centralize our spends in one place

  ### 27. Great Agile Platform

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dane B. | Head of Procurement & Contracts Management, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 12, 2023

**What do you like best about Zip?**

Zip being a no code and easy to configure platform is incredible powerful, we have rolled it out to an organisation with no procurement platform previouly and the uptake has been fantastic. CMS and AM are are always happy to assist with any questions we have.

**What do you dislike about Zip?**

Although it is improving, it is very localised to the US market and some further changes to a global company would be great.

**What problems is Zip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zip is helping with spend visibility and

  ### 28. ZIP Implementation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brooke A. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 28, 2023

**What do you like best about Zip?**

The ZIP Intake process is extremely customizable and as our business evolves we are able to create additional workflows and identify new ways to improve our process! The ZIP customer support is amazing with a rapid responses and hands on assistance whenever needed!

**What do you dislike about Zip?**

While implementing ZIP we have come across a lot of feature requests - Many of which will be coming out in future releases!

**What problems is Zip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows for the proper routing of invoices to thier respective approvers across entities and departments which then syncs directly into Sage Intacct.

  ### 29. Intuitive UI

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Mental Health Care | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 09, 2023

**What do you like best about Zip?**

Offers a clean user interface and opens up access to the entire company to submit procurement request.

**What do you dislike about Zip?**

Not as robust on the billing side as Bill.com. It can take 5+ days for payments to settle with vendors, which means you need to complete your AP process extra early.

**What problems is Zip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows anyone inside the company to submit a request and allows the requester to engage and track the approval flow process.

  ### 30. Intuitive system

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 13, 2023

**What do you like best about Zip?**

* Workflow is very intutitive
* Flowchart is fantastic and helps to show the progress
* Quick responses from Zip team on troubleshooting
* Integrates with e-sign tools

**What do you dislike about Zip?**

* Could use more reporting/insights capabiltities (they are working on this, though!)

**What problems is Zip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Puts controls in place so we can adhere to internal policies on purchase approvals.

  ### 31. Making Procurement easier/gives visibility across the board!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jennifer R. | Procurement Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 20, 2022

**What do you like best about Zip?**

The UI is easy to learn/use. Keeps purchases flowing smoothly, meanwhile giving the requester visibility into their purchase. You can adjust the workflow easily if/when there is a change in the organization/types of purchases. Communication between the requester/approver within the request for other approvers to see so they aren't getting asked the same thing over and over. Their support team is fantastic. They welcome feedback on improvements and constantly upgrade based on feedback received.

**What do you dislike about Zip?**

Needs more reporting functionality. Because the engineers are making so many improvements/upgrades, you sometimes run into a bug here and there; nevertheless, the chat tool gets you in contact with support very quickly, and it has never been anything that holds up the flow. I would like more flags/notifications

**What problems is Zip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It gives our team visibility into purchases across the organization and the requester's ability to see where their purchase is in the process. It provides us with one place to look for an agreement, see past purchases and see if it has already cleared security, privacy, legal, if needed. They have an incredible support team that takes your suggestions and implements them where possible.

  ### 32. Easy, simple, and highly effective

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ben S. | Procurement Program Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 29, 2022

**What do you like best about Zip?**

Procurement is a complex business process, but Zip makes it dead simple. Approvers can quickly understand the details of the request and what tasks come next. Procurement is only one of the many important tasks assigned to finance, legal, and compliance teams; approvers should spend time approving, not searching through their email & slack for information about the request. If you participate in your company's procurement process, Zip will drastically reduce your frustration and lead to more informed due diligence.

Plus, their support is truly remarkable! Their response rate is minutes--not hours or days--and their response is always informative.

**What do you dislike about Zip?**

The process of uploading contacts/agreements is tedious but necessary. If there had been an option to bulk upload documents and file them to the correct vendor, the one minor annoyance in onboarding would have been avoided.

**What problems is Zip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Procurement is complex, but it does not need to be complicated. Zip standardizes and adds transparency to the procurement process. This has led to less frustration for requestors, approvers, and vendors. Having a positive experience with procurement ensures requestors continue to come to procurement instead of partaking in maverick spend.

  ### 33. fast and easy to understand P2P platform

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 06, 2023

**What do you like best about Zip?**

user intuitive interface, easy to make changes/updates, integrates with Slack

**What do you dislike about Zip?**

product is still very early, doesn't integrate well with Sage Intacct, doesn't support vcards with bank credit line

**What problems is Zip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

we didn't have a purchase request process before, now we have a clear way to have discussions around spend requests that is fast and easy for teams

  ### 34. Zip; A game changer!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rebeca R. | Sr. Procurement Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 23, 2022

**What do you like best about Zip?**

I love that Zip allows us to customize our approval workflows as much as possible - especially compared to other procurement systems. It is clear that the Zip team is on a mission to be the best in the market, and in my opinion, they are well on their way to being exactly that. Such a user-friendly platform has reduced our need to train our internal requesters on how to submit purchase requests, thus giving our procurement team more bandwidth to work on more important things. It has also enabled our internal approvers to maneuver through their reviews quickly and with ease. Summer Li, our customer success expert, has also been a pleasure to work with! She is always available to answer any/all questions promptly and has done an excellent job of keeping our teams connected via recurring sync sessions.

**What do you dislike about Zip?**

There aren't many significant dislikes to mention here. The only "dislikes" to mention are minor user interface issues, like not being able to open a request on a separate tab when viewing the complete list of pending approvals or not being able to customize the drop-down status list on certain approval steps (i.e. the only options as of now are to choose between "ready to start" "in progress" "waiting on vendor" and "blocked internally"). It would be nice to be able to add other statuses like "approved with conditions" or "waiting on requester reply," etc.).

**What problems is Zip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zip has enabled us to better track our procurement department's performance metrics, from cycle time for requests to how long each approver takes to review/approve a request. It has also allowed us to better communicate internally with our teams via the Zip request record. It also serves as a one-stop shop for any/all procurement-related functions, from submitting a simple purchase request to requesting a review from our legal/security teams. Overall, it has helped us centralize our procurement operations, giving each department clear visibility into what is going through our pipeline.

  ### 35. Dynamic platform with a great user experience

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tiffany S. | Manager, Accounts Payable and Procurement, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 15, 2022

**What do you like best about Zip?**

The most valuable part of Zip is that it has provided a location for all the information our organization needs to view in one place. Additionally, it allows my team to analyze and evaluate the vendors we currently utilize to ensure we are spending most efficiently. Tyler Hansell was incredible, and he was able to help guide and support us as we implemented the platform in a short time frame than we initially expected, creating immediate value.

**What do you dislike about Zip?**

One downside of Zip is that it currently does not integrate with our ERP system. This requires us to access multiple locations for some requests still when using the platform.

**What problems is Zip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before implementing Zip, we did not have one place where a shareholder could quickly request a purchase, view historical purchases, and communicate cross-functionally without using multiple systems.

  ### 36. Up-and-coming Procurement tool

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 16, 2023

**What do you like best about Zip?**

From the admin side, having the ability to edit erroneous fields easily has made life easier.

**What do you dislike about Zip?**

There are duplicated steps (anticipated total spend) vs. line item breakdown that makes the process a bit tedious for PO submitters.

**What problems is Zip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allowing us to generate POs and connect them to NetSuite and track vendor level spend more cleanly.

  ### 37. ZIP for the WIN

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Katie S. | Sr. Director, Strategic Sourcing, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 02, 2022

**What do you like best about Zip?**

What has always excited me the most about Zip is that they can speak the procurement/sourcing language. They know exactly what our problems are and have created a fantastic solution.
It's also been a blessing to have the ability to configure and admin the tool ourselves, giving our internal technology team a pass, which also gives us more autonomy, speed, and flexibility

**What do you dislike about Zip?**

There are so many additional functions that we would like (ie: better executive dashboards, ability to configure our own savings tracking). But we are confident that we are able to influence their product roadmap and they are taking our asks seriously.

**What problems is Zip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

End to End workflow management
Visibility for our stakeholders
Reporting for us
Integrations! and Automation between systems.
An easier intake with strong UI and experience

  ### 38. ZIP keeps our team working smarter and not harder.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Monette Q. | Accounting Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 19, 2022

**What do you like best about Zip?**

A solution for streamlining the purchasing and Vendor Management process, as well as being great partners in ensuring we had company wide adoption

**What do you dislike about Zip?**

The ZIP platform is a newer tool to the scene so with that comes small things you'll need to connect with your CSM on. One request we had was to add the invoices to the Vendor tab. ZIP took our feedback and implemented those changes right away. This process isn't a dislike, but more so an added area to be mindful of.

**What problems is Zip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ZIP has solved for our internal purchase request process, the influx of invoices across our 8 entities, and better visibility into the various tools the team was using.

  ### 39. Zip: Trending in the right directions

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 15, 2022

**What do you like best about Zip?**

Zip is an easy-to-use tool that allows transparent approvals, and customizable workflows, and is easy to administer with no coding involved. I love that Zip is constantly listening to the customer and taking their time in building a very strong tool to help shape the next generation for Procurement + Sourcing professionals.

**What do you dislike about Zip?**

No proxy feature makes it hard to assist and train other users in this digital age.
No sandbox environment to test and build out new processes.
No schedule reporting or share reporting features make it so that each person must create each customized reporting in their own instance.
Lack of choices in statuses on approvals.
I wish there was more visibility into the different integrations between Zip and X. Example: I wish the comments in Ironclad could be reflected in Zip.
Wish there is a way to restrict workflow for specific users. Currently, all workflow is visible to all users.

**What problems is Zip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zip is a great entry point for all intake requests. I have used other solutions in the past that don't have the same level of customization that Zip allows. Additionally, all the features in Zip make it easy for the end-to-end process to allow the procurement team to stay lean by forcing the company to be more self-service.

  ### 40. Simple + Powerful Procurement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 22, 2022

**What do you like best about Zip?**

Zip blows the competition away. We went from having no procurement team and/or function to being up and running in weeks, not months. Their onboarding and support team were amazing, and we weren't forced to work with some third-party service provider for implementation.

**What do you dislike about Zip?**

This is splitting hairs, but I wish there was a better sandbox environment for us to test new workflows and permissions without exposing them to our end users or skewing our analytics. It's a minor inconvenience now, but one that we'd like to avoid as we scale.

**What problems is Zip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zip ensures that our users aren't afraid to work with procurement. The intake process is both simple and comprehensive. The logic conditions allow us to tailor each intake to the commodity type, budget, urgency, and risk factors.

  ### 41. Zip is a wonderful way to streamline the Purchase Order Process!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashley L. | Accountant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 30, 2022

**What do you like best about Zip?**

It has made our PO process MUCH faster. It is user-friendly and gets all questions answered at the beginning of the process. This helps all teams approve it quicker and shows everyone involved where the PO stands in the process. Our approach used to be manual, and now with Zip, the communication between all groups much easier and more visible.

**What do you dislike about Zip?**

The amount of work for set-up was a bit time consuming, but once we went live there was little to no issues because of the work that was put in originally. It is a great resource for our company!

**What problems is Zip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to have many communication issues with people forgetting to approve their steps in the process. Zip sends reminders and notifications to everyone involved when something is due, and it has helped the process be MUCH quicker.

  ### 42. Notifications integrated directly into Slack

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lindsay G. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 06, 2023

**What do you like best about Zip?**

With ZIP/Slack integration, ZIP request progress notifications (approvals, comments, action items, etc.) ping directly to your Slack account

**What do you dislike about Zip?**

No dislikes. Further integration of purchasing software with ZIP by my organization could make for a better user experience regarding seamless legal/purchasing data management.

**What problems is Zip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Contract review and approval by Legal

  ### 43. Awesome solution - employee adoption speaks for itself!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Wendy S. | Head of Procurement, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 30, 2022

**What do you like best about Zip?**

Zip's solution is slick and built with automation that ensures key stakeholders are part of the review & approval process. We love the transparency and the ability to modify workflows without needing a dedicated support team to make changes.

**What do you dislike about Zip?**

I have not experienced any issues with Zip - our employees are very pleased with it and have great things to say.

**What problems is Zip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've gained a lot of visibility into our spending. In addition, we have mitigated risk by ensuring Legal, Security and IT stakeholders are part of our review process in conjunction with our financial reviews.

  ### 44. Makes procurement a breeze

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mo A. | Assistant Controller, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 15, 2022

**What do you like best about Zip?**

Zip is a great integration layer with your existing systems to keep key stakeholders in their native systems while ensuring a smooth procurement process. Very simple to use and configure.

**What do you dislike about Zip?**

It's a new product so features and interface continue to change; resulting in more questions for end-users on how to use it more intuitively.

**What problems is Zip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Brings all parties and tools involved in the procurement process to one centralized place.

  ### 45. Zip Intake-to-Procure - Creating an easier Procure Process

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 27, 2022

**What do you like best about Zip?**

It's easy to navigate; the support team is always available. Quick turnaround for special requests and training is on hand and full of material. There are reporting features, insights, and agreements the opportunity to see your spending and other data.

**What do you dislike about Zip?**

I think the only dislike is that there can be quick changes to the interface and this can be confusing at times, but other than that I don't really have any complaints.

**What problems is Zip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Currently, Zip Intake to Procure is solving the problem of tracking spending and having one vendor portal; it helps to be able to access all vendor information in one designated spot.

  ### 46. Zip was a game changer for us!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bill B. | Director of Procurement, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 17, 2022

**What do you like best about Zip?**

Such an easy to use system to create workflows and to also adjust them, pretty much on the fly.

**What do you dislike about Zip?**

The ability to configure reports. There's now an ability to save views but report configurability is not fully fleshed out yet.

**What problems is Zip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Enabling great levels of visibility and enables us to more quickly review and organize requests.

  ### 47. I highly recommend Zip's highly customizable interface

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tanisha R. | Sr. Manager, Procurement Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 01, 2022

**What do you like best about Zip?**

The ability to customize the tool to meet your company's internal workflow process needs that may include IT/InfoSec, FP&A, Legal etc.

**What do you dislike about Zip?**

The lack of reporting capabilities within the app itself.

**What problems is Zip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows our internal buyers to see the status of their requests from start to finish.

  ### 48. Great product and incredible team, built for the user experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chanie W. | Senior Director, Finance Operations, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 01, 2022

**What do you like best about Zip?**

The product gives visibility to our users and everyone involved in the procurement process, allowing procurement to focus on adding value vs pushing paper.

**What do you dislike about Zip?**

Zip is so customizable that whenever we saw something we didn't like, the Zip team helped us solution. Their product team pushes out improvements weekly.

**What problems is Zip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Visbility to all, Accountability (helps us track SLAs on response time), Audit trails... it's a robust system that is easy for the user and the administrator!

  ### 49. A fantastic product

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 22, 2022

**What do you like best about Zip?**

ZIP helps me track vendor management, internal reviews and procurement tasks. The customer support is great!

**What do you dislike about Zip?**

The reporting aspect could be better for pulling data from entered requests.

**What problems is Zip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mainly to track progress on all intake to procure requests and for a one stop shop for all internal stakeholders/reviewers.

  ### 50. Great product, great service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shana H. | Procurement Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)
