Zimyo is an AI-powered HR and payroll platform used by 2,500+ organizations worldwide. It brings core HR, payroll, attendance and leave, recruitment, performance, engagement and learning onto one employee record, so HR teams stop reconciling the same data across separate tools. Payroll runs with statutory compliance built in. In India that covers EPF, ESI, professional tax, TDS and the Labour Codes, with payslips, Form 16 and challans generated from the same run. Zimyo also supports GCC payroll (WPS transfers, end-of-service gratuity, social insurance filings) and multi-state US payroll with federal, state and local tax calculation, W-2 and 1099 filing. Attendance and leave management handles biometric and GPS punch-in, shift rosters and configurable leave policies. Through the self-service portal and mobile app, employees mark attendance, apply for leave, view payslips and submit tax declarations without routing requests through HR. Zim AI Agents take on repetitive work: preparing and validating payroll, answering employee HR queries, driving onboarding tasks and supporting managers through review cycles. I appreciate Zimyo for its configurable onboarding form builder, which allows our consultants to quickly build custom compliance forms without needing coding knowledge. The flexible tool speeds up document preparation, which is crucial since we don't have dedicated IT staff. I also rely on Zimyo’s customizable candidate application workflows and form-building module. These tools let us tailor application checklists and add mandatory fields specific to our clients’ hiring projects, removing repetitive manual form edits and reducing prep time. What do you dislike about Zimyo?

Zimyo’s reporting outputs are pretty rigid and can't be adjusted for our client-specific recruitment metrics. We can't generate filtered reports showing specific data like safety-acknowledgement completion rates for our manufacturing hiring projects. It also doesn't have native CRM integration, so we end up manually copying report data, which is extra work during fast-paced hiring cycles. Also, Zimyo occasionally has slow file uploads when we bulk-import large batches of candidate resumes, and it offers limited options for sharing partial project data with third-party recruiters. What do you like best about Zimyo?

I mainly use Zimyo for attendance and leave tracking, and it makes that part of my work much easier. I can quickly check who is present, see leave details, and access employee information without switching between different tools. At first, it took me some time to understand where everything is and how the features work. Also, sometimes it feels a bit slow when moving between sections or opening reports. THE THINGS THAT ARE DISLIKED BY OUR COMPANY IS THE MANUAL FEEDING OF THE DATA IN THE INITIAL DAYS. THE RAW DATA NEEDS TO BE FED MANUALLY THROUGH EXCEL. THIS TAKES A LOT OF OUR EMPLOYEES' TIME AS IT NEEDS TO BE DONE BY US. THIS CAN HAVE AN ALTERNATE WAY TO DO SO. THE THIRD THING WAS THAT THE SERVER UNAVAILABILITY SHOULD BE NOTIFIED BEFOREHAND BUT IS ACTUALLY DONE AT THE TIME OF UNAVAILABILITY, CAUSING SOME CHAOS IN THE FIRM. WE HAD A BIG PROBLEM IN MANAGING A TEAM OF 35 EMPLOYEES AS WE WEREN'T ABLE TO TRACK THEIR MOVEMENT AND ALSO THEIR ATTENDANCE WITH THE WORK THEY WILL BE DOING ON THAT PARTICULAR DAY. HERE ZIMYO CAME TO OUR RESCUE BY PROVIDING US WITH ALL THE REQUIRED SERVICES. OUR RELATION MANAGER VISHWAJEET KAUR MADE IT EASY FOR US TO IMPLEMENT IT TO THE COMPANY WITH THE TOOLS PROVIDED BY ZIMYO. SHE ALSO MADE SURE THAT EVERY EMPLOYEE GETS THE TRAINING FOR THE APPLICATION. THOUGH THERE WERE MANY PROBLEMS FACED BY OUR HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER BUT SOONER OR LATER THEY WERE SOLVED BY VISHWAJEET.
