Working on a Linux operating system makes it a very stable email platform. They are always updating the possible errors of the version we use. I think it could offer better server management indicators as such. To track an incoming or outgoing email for administrative issues, they must be done from the command line. Zimbra it is a excellent platform that is able to organize information with labels. This platform is really necessary for my job due to we receive a lot of messages, sometimes it is very difficult to find one of them but zimbra allows create several label for each type of message .. it helps us to organize all the information we receive by the different offices in the institution making it easier the search and saving us valuable time. Therefore, the users' machine must have good hardware. Another of the negative aspects is that it is not a distributed system, so if the information is not supported on a daily basis, when a server failure occurs, the information and the loss of working time will be lost while the server is recovering again. Zimbra is a very well structured collaboration tool. I have an opportunity not only to email, but also I can plan my week, set calls, chat, share documents. Although for Zimbra the end client is charming, from a financial point of view it is costly, as Zimbra consumes a lot of data processing resources, so the hardware (processor, RAM) must be robust and highly beneficial, which would be very expensive for a small company, even though the software acquisition is free. The other aspect I don't like about Zimbra is that when a server failure occurs, the connection to the information will be lost until the service is restored. This could take time and result in the loss of information that may be urgently needed.
