What do you like best about Zimbra Collaboration Enterprise Collaboration?

Working with Linux makes this a very stable mail platform. They're constantly updating bugs in the version they're using. There is good local support and support from the developer corporation. The implementation is easy to use and configure, we have a number of domains, and they all work very well. We use an advanced authentication system, so there's no problem delivering emails to our clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zimbra Collaboration Enterprise Collaboration?

I believe this alone will improve the efficiency of server management. In order to track incoming and outgoing e-mails for administrative purposes, they must also be processed via the interface. There's no easy way to manage white and blacklists, but there's a spam control option that won't be triggered if you don't do it on the command line. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This is a good email solution that allows complete and full administrators of the email platform, is well supported and easy to set up and implement with the help of sales representatives. What problems is Zimbra Collaboration Enterprise Collaboration solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before implementing Zimbra I worked with Apple's email server, which was very limited in a fast-growing business environment, and using Zimbra made me more productive, with far more stabilization, better service and more features. What do you like best about Zimbra Collaboration Enterprise Collaboration?

Personally, I'm a big fan of the layout and style of Zimbra. I love the default type font and the organization of the inboxes, sent emails, etc. I also like the feature of being able to search for an email, have a draft up and make changes to certain things all in the same page, just on different tabs. Maybe that's something that's more common, but the way Zimbra does it is very nice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zimbra Collaboration Enterprise Collaboration?

The biggest hassle I find with Zimbra is its search functionality. If you do not type in exactly the name/word you're looking for, there is no wiggle room and nothing even close will show up. Also, I was able to sync my work account with Zimbra onto my phone to receive emails, but I could never send emails through my Zimbra account on my phone. Rather inconvenient and now I have to have a Zimbra page constantly open in my browser on my phone in case I need to send emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zimbra Collaboration Enterprise Collaboration solving and how is that benefiting you?

Despite some of the aforementioned flaws I see, the interoffice communication we achieve through Zimbra is very clean and efficient. It updates any new emails/messages almost instantly and everything is very clear to read. It's also very easy to respond to emails and I like the ability to switch between plain text and HTTML.
