1. We can stay connected anywhere on any device with an easy-to-use interface on any XHTML capable device. 2. Boost productivity with an innovative, recently enhanced, and easy browsing interface. 3. Instant sharing of documents. 4. We can get the Zimbra experience with Zimbra desktops. 5. Sync Google, Yahoo! Address book, and calendar. 6. Flexible deployment and virtualization-ready makes Zimbra a BSP hosting partner, and in addition, VMware vSphere and KVM hypervisor are fully supported. 7. This open-source community welcomes new ideas and contributions for a better Zimbra experience. 8. We can use the open-source edition too; we can test, evaluate, deploy, customize, and improve. What problems is Zimbra Collaboration Enterprise Collaboration solving and how is that benefiting you?

1. Collaborations with external applications risk our privacy. Need to have its own enterprise applications. 2. We cannot be logged in for a long time; every few minutes requires signing in again. 3. Video conferencing lacks in messaging. 4. Migration Wizard can be easily used to switch from Microsoft Exchange environment to Zimbra but lacks proper migration like calendars and our meeting timings can't be synced properly. 5. Mailing browser doesn't have change of font options; it's by default the same. 6. Easy to use features and I have never given any solutions to the Zimbra team. What do you like best about Zimbra Collaboration Enterprise Collaboration?

The best thing i like about zimbra is the way it's set up because it makes it easy for me to navigate. Zimba is better than yahoo, Gmail, AOL, and MSN. It is so easy to use and has tools that make me extremely happy. I consider zimbra the best email provider they also let me see whats new and when i send emails to my coworkers they send in a flash. I can't say I dislike Zimbra because i got all my work mail sent there. And Zimbra has never given me any issues, so therefore I can't tell I dislike it. Zimbra should have a better review than Gmail, Yahoo, and AOL because it's way better; I believe Zimbra should at the top of the top when i comes to choosing emails. I could never i dislike zimbra they help me everyday. ever since ive starting working for disney plus they have been there to help me and i really really like that. Aesthetically it could be a little more pleasing. Also, occaisonally there's an issue with seeing attachments others have sent, so I set it up so all zimbra emails also go to my yahoo email just in case. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Occaisonally there's an issue with attachments, so I set it up so all zimbra emails also go to my yahoo email just in case. But this happens rarely, so I say use it. Once you graduate from your institution, you're moved onto something called "z-light", but it basically works exactly the same as zimbra. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Linux based - stable. Relatively easy to use once an individual goes through some hands-on training on basic administration & maintenance using command line. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Dislike the fact that there's not much Zimbra-Linux specialist training in-country with the ISP. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zimbra Collaboration Enterprise Collaboration solving and how is that benefiting you?

1. How to simply install Zimbra and make it work with a Web Server on an upgraded Linux version. Currently hosting Zimbra V8 on a Linux CentOS 6. Web Server access got corrupted. 2. Zimbra mail stops once two of the Services (esp memcached & another???) stops working at the 1.5GB RAM utilization mark. I believe the pagefile needs to be increased but I don't know how to do this on the virtual machine. 3. How to install and configure a Linux VM with Webserver and Zimbra configured correctly to concurrently save a DR replica updated version directly on the Cloud in the event of Disaster in our physical office premises. Being able to have all of my Email and Calendaring in one service for everyone who uses it. There is also considerable cost savings over Exchange, as well as the ability to customize the software with Zimlets and other add-ons to reduce cost by offloading data storage to AWS (or an AWS-like service). - Zimbra is very stable compared to traditional mail servers such as Postfix. It's elastic and can scale the mailbox, hosting multiple domains on the same server, chat service, and conference. - Very good antivirus protection and spam filter. - Configuration of the setup server is a bit difficult for system administrators; it requires Linux administrator skills. - Sometimes when one service has a problem, it affects others, especially LDAP services. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- Previously, we used the Postfix mail server, which had a lot of problems with sending emails and spam filtering. We needed to use another spam filter such as Barracuda for protection. - Previously, we used another chat messenger if we were not clear in email, but now we can use one platform for chatting and conferencing at the same time. - With a dynamic web platform, the UI can switch to basic HTML if the connection is slow.
