What do you like best about Zelis?

I deeply resent this company for signing me up for services I do NOT want and forcing it on me against my will so that I have to spend two hours on the phone once a year reversing it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zelis?

I'm an insurance provider and they keep signing me up to get paid with their credit card, for a fee, of course. I have not authorized this payment. I don't even know WHY you would pay a medical provider with a credit card. How is my bookkeeper supposed to record that? And why do I get a reduced payment? Do they pay their staff with a credit card? No. They get their full payment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
