I have worked with Lorie P on getting multiple Tax IDs set up to get enrolled in Zelis Payments, and she makes the process so smooth and easy. She is so kind and I look forward to having to set up a new account to get a chance to talk to her. There is a fee for using Zelis, but it is less than our card processing system charges, so we're open to it as it still saves us money. Enrollment can be a hassle with long wait times if you don't have someone like Lorie that you can reach out to directly.Overall, the positives far outweigh the negatives. Zelis representatives are quick to respond to your concerns. The representative Giovanna Dumbadse was so upbeat and knowledgeable about our choices and how the process worked. You can feel it in her voice that she was not rushed nor was she trying to pressure us into a decision. She TRULY is a people person. It is evident that she LOVES her job and the people that she helps. Giovanna is a true delight and possibly a large reason why our nonprofit organization will stay with Zelis! I'm an insurance provider and they keep signing me up to get paid with their credit card, for a fee, of course. I have not authorized this payment. I don't even know WHY you would pay a medical provider with a credit card. How is my bookkeeper supposed to record that? And why do I get a reduced payment?
