This company is the worst I have worked with. I've been trying for weeks to get electronic transfers for my business sorted out. Customer service was very little help, and every time I tried to submit, I was met with an error. Their customer service is the worst I've come across, doing nothing to fix issues and expecting you to handle it yourself. The last time I called, I asked for a person and was disconnected after being on hold. It's an absolute joke of a company, and I wouldn't recommend it. Seth, the rep that took my call today, was congenial, helpful, knowledgeable, and all-around great. He anticipated my needs and was patient and thorough in his explanations. I asked the same questions several times because I was confused about the start-up phase/process. He clarified what was important and offered to walk me through the process. I have worked with Lorie P on getting multiple Tax IDs set up to get enrolled in Zelis Payments, and she makes the process so smooth and easy. She is so kind and I look forward to having to set up a new account to get a chance to talk to her. Once set up, the system works smoothly and easily transmits 835 files to our clearinghouse so we don't have to manually post payments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is a fee for using Zelis, but it is less than our card processing system charges, so we're open to it as it still saves us money. Enrollment can be a hassle with long wait times if you don't have someone like Lorie that you can reach out to directly. Overall, the positives far outweigh the negatives. Zelis representatives are quick to respond to your concerns. The representative Giovanna Dumbadse was so upbeat and knowledgeable about our choices and how the process worked. You can feel it in her voice that she was not rushed nor was she trying to pressure us into a decision. She TRULY is a people person. It is evident that she LOVES her job and the people that she helps. Giovanna is a true delight and possibly a large reason why our nonprofit organization will stay with Zelis! I deeply resent this company for signing me up for services I do NOT want and forcing it on me against my will so that I have to spend two hours on the phone once a year reversing it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I'm an insurance provider and they keep signing me up to get paid with their credit card, for a fee, of course. I have not authorized this payment. I don't even know WHY you would pay a medical provider with a credit card. How is my bookkeeper supposed to record that? And why do I get a reduced payment?
