Plus, Zeffy has allowed us to step up our membership tracking and communicate more professionally. I also appreciate that it is $0 to use and more than one board member can access the data, making it hugely efficient. I've already promoted Zeffy in a Facebook group and love telling people about it because I think it could benefit others. **What do you dislike about Zeffy?** Where I see limitations that could easily be improved is their export files and reporting. Export files are clunky and seem to be individualized by category (contact or payment - why can't that be combined?).
