Zeev has features that greatly assist in daily activities, such as an out-of-process rule engine, allowing a rule to be reused in various processes, an easy-to-use integration engine, and the ability to use JavaScript in the form to customize the user experience are the differentiators. The recent feature of being able to integrate with an external AI agent is also of great value.

Support is fast and efficient, with most responses given on the same day, which increases confidence in the product.

I believe there are some opportunities in Zeev, such as:

- Reorganizing the form into columns so that it is not too extensive for the user;

- The possibility of adding field filling rules within the form, so that it is not necessary to create an external business rule;

- Removing the form from the frame in which it is inserted, increasing the screen for the user to improve the experience;

- The possibility of an anonymous external user being part of the process;

- Improving Zeev's audit log to enable, for example, the tracking of sent emails;

What I like most about Zeev is the ease of building and structuring workflows and forms quickly and intuitively. Being a low-code tool, it allows for the development and adjustment of processes more swiftly, without relying solely on technical development. Additionally, it greatly facilitates process monitoring, allowing for the identification of those responsible, tracking the progress of activities, and analyzing the performance of the stages. The main point I consider as an opportunity for improvement lies in the reporting and dashboard resources. The reports have limitations on the number of lines that can be presented, which makes it difficult to analyze larger datasets. Meanwhile, the dashboards offer few customization and construction alternatives, limiting the possibility of creating more specific visualizations according to the needs of each process. I like Zeev for being a complete and versatile tool for process needs. It is relatively easy to use, provided you have experience with BPMS. I feel that the error messages could be clearer and I have difficulty with performance in certain flows. I would also like the limitations on attachments and integrations to be improved. The configuration and maintenance of processes could be simpler and more intuitive. It would be interesting to have more detailed error messages, with a clear indication of the cause and possible ways to correct it. It would also help to improve support for larger files, better monitor integrations, and make flow maintenance simpler, with better tools to identify failures and test changes before publication. I use Zeev for process management and appreciate the ease of assembling processes in a clear and visual way with the associated BPMN, which allows people to understand the process just by observing the drawings. The freedom to use mutable and adjustable flows according to the company's reality is an advantage, as it makes processes easy to follow and manage through reports. I also greatly appreciate the data provided to understand opportunities for improvements in existing processes. I believe they can improve the filters of the audit logs, their page is not very practical, leading us to delays when searching for a log. Additionally, a note from our collaborators is that the system administrators could adjust the possible filters on the monitoring screen, as there are some that might make more sense for each company. I like the ease of creating and developing applications on Zeev that generate value for internal clients. I can create forms from scratch or copy an existing one, which is very useful. Additionally, I have help from Zai, our little friend from Zeev, who assists us in creating the apps. We researched low-code tools, and Zeev suited us best. I like that Zeev is intuitive and easy to use. There is a lot of explanatory material to understand how to use the tool in the best way, and the support service is super fast. Overall, Zeev meets our needs very well. As an opportunity for improvement, I believe that the user experience (UX) for those requesting services could be even more intuitive. An example is the message displayed when advancing to the next task, which asks if the user wants to "complete this task." Since this action is related to the advancement of the request, it can cause some doubt about what exactly is being completed. It would also be interesting to enable a clearer view of the next steps and the people responsible involved in the flow, bringing more transparency and security for the user to advance the request.
