Being a low-code tool, it allows for the development and adjustment of processes more swiftly, without relying solely on technical development. Additionally, it greatly facilitates process monitoring, allowing for the identification of those responsible, tracking the progress of activities, and analyzing the performance of the stages. **What do you dislike about Zeev?** The main point I consider as an opportunity for improvement lies in the reporting and dashboard resources. The reports have limitations on the number of lines that can be presented, which makes it difficult to analyze larger datasets. Meanwhile, the dashboards offer few customization and construction alternatives, limiting the possibility of creating more specific visualizations according to the needs of each process. **What problems is Zeev solving and how is that benefiting you?** Zeev has mainly contributed to providing more transparency, control, and traceability to the processes. The tool facilitates the identification of those responsible and their respective actions, in addition to formalizing the processes and organizing the steps that need to be completed.
