**What do you like best about Coastal Payroll?**

Viewing of pay stub, PTO plan, time & attendance that week and in past, pay history, updating your own direct deposit, viewing of HR related items

**What do you dislike about Coastal Payroll?**

No complaints. It really fits all my needs. I don't think there's a better provider out there.

**Recommendations to others considering Coastal Payroll:**

Great employee engagement in HR matters.

**What problems is Coastal Payroll solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saving time and energy in the HR department. Now, employees have the ability to view pay their stub online, there's no need for checks or pay stubs, it's easy to ask for time off, update information including direct deposit and emergency contacts.

**What do you like best about Coastal Payroll?**

iSolved has an intuitive interface that is easily navigated by admins, managers, and employees alike. It is constantly being updated - often made better by the recommendations that we offer through our payroll administrator. 

**What do you dislike about Coastal Payroll?**

Sometimes there are glitches in the payroll process system that don't affect your payroll run, but make you nervous that something will go wrong. iSolved usually advises you that "it's fine" without a detailed explanation.

**Recommendations to others considering Coastal Payroll:**

Make sure you have workflows in mind at the beginning of system set-up. Often it can take a while to work out the kinks when you're making up workflows on the fly. 

**What problems is Coastal Payroll solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've been able to transition from lots of paper to a mostly electronic HR department. A big plus for us organizationally.

Ease of use and ability to access via cloud hosting.

**What do you dislike about Coastal Payroll?**

Transferring time codes/notes within the mobile app.

**Recommendations to others considering Coastal Payroll:**

Fully vet through current processes before making a transition so you know what areas to identify as critical and non-critical.

**What problems is Coastal Payroll solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Timekeeping, payroll, HRIS.

**What do you like best about Coastal Payroll?**

Setting up new employees in iSolved is very easy. Also, their reporting function (including building your own reports) is great.

**What do you dislike about Coastal Payroll?**

TimeForce is not the best. If you are looking for an HCM software that has a well built timekeeping system attached, this is not for you. If that's not your primary goal, it's a great choice!

**What problems is Coastal Payroll solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I love having our employee information, payroll, benefits, and performance management all in one place.
