I find Zabbix very cost-friendly compared with similar monitoring products. It supports a wide range of monitoring applications, and with SNMP I can monitor virtually anything in our environment. I find navigation in Zabbix less easy and less intuitive than in Site24x7. The GUI and dashboard setup options can make things more complicated at first, before I get used to finding my way around. Difficult to visually monitor entire infrastructure at a time, cannot differentiate between important and less priority alerts unless specified.
