They help me to stay active on a daily basis and also exercise my mind. I also really enjoy the vouchers that are offered and like that I have a variety of places that I can redeem my coins. The app is also very easy to navigate and a lot of useful tools that employees have at their fingertips. **What do you dislike about yulife?** I currently don't have any downsides to YuLife. The only thing I can mention is that they changes the coin reward system on the activities which means if there is a meditation I want to do in the morning and again at the evening I do not gain as many coins the second time around. **What problems is yulife solving and how is that benefiting you?** Yulife helps me to gauge my daily mood and usage. It also helps me to set boundaries and targets for the upcoming week. ### 2. Its helped me lose weight and stay consistent **What do you dislike about yulife?** I think its a great app. The only thing missing is i want to see a total step count end of month, atm i have to go in and manually add each day together. Withings shows a monthly step count which is fantastic. Also, leaderboards. I dont like the 30 day rolling, it should clear on the 1st of each month **What problems is yulife solving and how is that benefiting you?** Free money! And losing weight ### 4. I've noticed that some colleagues started with small goals, but over time, they've greatly increased their daily step counts to make the most of the financial incentives. The customer support is outstanding—it truly feels like speaking with a member of our own team during our monthly update calls. But it seems unfair that the most points can be gathered by doing the longer walks. Whilst that is fine for me, it means committing to 4 times half hour walks and that's not always possible. And not fair on people who can't manage 2 hours of walking a day. Sometime the app glitches also. I like that you can get points daily now by doing the the daily check in but I find the lengthy questions now a bit inconvenient as you can' t do it quickly and it is repetitive. I have received the same feedback on both of the above from my colleagues. My company constantly provides positive feedback about feeling rewarded for activities like meditation or walking a set number of steps, which motivates them to do more. It feels really engaging and interactive, and I feel it pushes me to want to do more as well. The onboarding process was excellent and really easy; it was a smooth experience. The portal is amazing, with a super easy dashboard that makes managing everything a breeze. Whenever we have starters or leavers, adding or removing them is quick and simple. I think the look and feel of Yulife is great for us. **What do you dislike about yulife?** The only negative I've had with Yulife is that there are no food outlets in the rewards. People have mentioned the desire to reward themselves by taking their family out, but Yulife is focused on physical and mental wellbeing, so they don't include food outlets. **What problems is yulife solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use yulife to engage remote staff through rewards for mental and physical health activities, like meditation and step challenges. It helps staff with virtual GP access and EAP, improving wellbeing and motivation; our staff love Yudoku and are always competing with one another, which is a great engagement tool. ### 9. The initial setup of YuLife was very easy, making the transition smooth for our business. **What do you dislike about yulife?** I find the repetition of the same workouts and meditations problematic. It would be beneficial if Yulife offered a variety of new workouts and meditations that were updated periodically, say every couple of months. This would help keep the staff engaged with fresh content. Additionally, I've noticed that when using Headspace within Yulife, it tends to get stuck, which is a frustrating experience as it doesn't allow for smooth use. Another significant issue is that the integration of step tracking does not work easily with other devices like Garmin, limiting the seamlessness of using Yulife alongside other health tracking tools. **What problems is yulife solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use yulife to enhance my staff's well-being by giving them out-of-hours GP services, counseling, and engaging them through gamified competitions that promote healthier activities like meditation and workouts. ### 11.
