For our company, it was an amazing case where we could upload our knowldge in English but give responses in other languages like Spanish, German, and Chinese. No need to create additional knowledge in other languages about your services, it just does it by itself. To us it was easy to integrate in our workflow and was quite easy to understand UI. I think as the technology is indeed new we still need some learning sessions and i think the Younet team mentioned they are working on some learning courses soon. So thats cool. Before we had to go over a document reading it and analyzing now its a matter of minutes for us to review docuemnts with speak to file feaute as an example. Another thing is our departments became accessible between them allowing us to ask HR a question without asking an actual human being. I mean thats 2024 no doubt.
