For our company, it was an amazing case where we could upload our knowldge in English but give responses in other languages like Spanish, German, and Chinese. No need to create additional knowledge in other languages about your services, it just does it by itself. To us it was easy to integrate in our workflow and was quite easy to understand UI. **What do you dislike about Younet?** It was a bit of a learning curve at first but not difficult at all. We currently have about 20 people in our company using the platform. Most people from Finance and Management. I think as the technology is indeed new we still need some learning sessions and i think the Younet team mentioned they are working on some learning courses soon. So thats cool. **What problems is Younet solving and how is that benefiting you?** Well they indeed save some of our time on repetative tasks. Before we had to go over a document reading it and analyzing now its a matter of minutes for us to review docuemnts with speak to file feaute as an example. Another thing is our departments became accessible between them allowing us to ask HR a question without asking an actual human being. I mean thats 2024 no doubt. ### 2. Chrome extension works well for me answering CRM tickets or emails. **What do you dislike about Younet?** Sometimes you have a feeling of a mobile app need. **What problems is Younet solving and how is that benefiting you?** From drafting emails to pressentating so far it worked preety well maintaining my style of writing. I use Pro 20k plan so not sure if others have Gmail training but its amazing also its great to train with files. I also do analysis of large spreadsheets with my model using speak to file tool. ### 7. The 'Speak to File' feature is incredible for analyzing data without getting lost in spreadsheets. When I’m creating the weekly reports for my manager I can just upload the stats and get predictions for the next week from them. **What do you dislike about Younet?** I don’t see anything that I dislike for now because I didn’t use it for a long time.
