I love the fact it knows lots of languages. For our company, it was an amazing case where we could upload our knowldge in English but give responses in other languages like Spanish, German, and Chinese. No need to create additional knowledge in other languages about your services, it just does it by itself. To us it was easy to integrate in our workflow and was quite easy to understand UI. It was a bit of a learning curve at first but not difficult at all. We currently have about 20 people in our company using the platform. Most people from Finance and Management. I think as the technology is indeed new we still need some learning sessions and i think the Younet team mentioned they are working on some learning courses soon. So thats cool. I started using Younet not a long time ago, but I like it. The 'Speak to File' feature is incredible for analyzing data without getting lost in spreadsheets.
