We operate vending machines at over 40 locations and use Yodeck to centrally display our screens with product information, promotions, and partner branding. Before Yodeck, every content change involved significant on-site effort: travel, manual replacement, and correspondingly high time loss. Today, we manage campaigns, seasonal promotions, or even festival branding conveniently centrally via the dashboard, allowing us to respond quickly to market situations. This saves us several working hours weekly, ensures a consistent brand image across all locations, and makes it significantly easier to market advertising space attractively for partners.

**What do you like best about Yodeck?**

YoDeck has great scheduling capabilities, including timed slides. Creating playlists is really easy, and you can simply drag and drop media when you want to. The option to add links is also very useful, since we connect it to Google Sheets for our schedule. That way, we can make daily changes live without needing to re-upload any media.

**What do you dislike about Yodeck?**

The only issue I’ve faced is having to make sure my media is properly cropped so it fits to the screen.

YoDeck helps daily with our shift and truck scheduling using Live Google Sheets Updates.

I appreciate how straightforward Yodeck is to use and manage, even for colleagues who don't have a technical background. Before switching to Yodeck, we relied on a USB stick to manually update content on our screens. Now, I value the reliable control it gives me over all our screens, without the need to be physically present on-site.

**What do you dislike about Yodeck?**

There’s very little I dislike about the platform, though at times the advanced customisation options can seem somewhat limited, and it can take a few extra clicks to locate certain features. However, these are minor inconveniences when weighed against how smoothly the platform functions on a daily basis.

**What problems is Yodeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Yodeck enables me to manage several displays remotely, ensuring that content remains consistent and current without the need for manual updates. This not only saves time and minimises errors, but also makes it simple to distribute new information instantly across different locations.

I really like how Yodeck allows me to upload content and push it to the screens seamlessly. It's great that I can see the live feed of what's displayed across the screens without having to physically be in front of them. The setup was very easy, and I appreciate the intuitive nature of using Yodeck. It's a much better solution for user training and onboarding, making the process much easier and more efficient.

What attracted us to Yodeck are the App integrations. For our market in South Africa ,our clients are consumers of news and are fully invested in Social Media. Yodeck answers this well with their low bandwidth apps like News and Social walls. Also the free first player is highly attractive because we can showcase our Digital Signane Innovation with minimal financial burden.

**What do you dislike about Yodeck?**

We have had good experience. The integration with Canva is useful at times becomes restrictive even though we are fluent with both tools.

**What problems is Yodeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Health Information is key in our country, so templates from Yodeck. Waiting times a clinics here are long so we need to have consistent and fresh content to fill those hours. Yodecks allows us to seamlessly without disruption.

The Yodeck Player is a very user-friendly solution for digital signage. The dashboard is clear and easy to navigate, making it simple to create, manage, and upload all kinds of content. Thanks to the intuitive interface, you can quickly adjust layouts, add media, and manage screens remotely. Ideal for anyone looking for a powerful yet easy-to-use signage solution.

**What do you dislike about Yodeck?**

The Yodeck Player works very well overall, but I did notice that downloading longer YouTube videos can take a bit more time than expected, even on a gigabit network. It’s not a major issue, but something to be aware of if you regularly use longer online videos in your playlists. Other than that, the platform remains smooth and easy to use.

**What problems is Yodeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The only thing that could be better is the download speed of longer YouTube videos — those take a bit longer than expected, even on a gigabit connection.

Yodeck makes it simple for us to manage digital signage across our entire venue. We are able to target each specific zone to show the exact information our customers require.

**What do you dislike about Yodeck?**

The pricing could be more accommodating. Although we receive a discount as a non-profit, the costs still accumulate as we add more displays.

**What problems is Yodeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our multisport venue features three basketball courts, four padel courts, a fitness area, and a bar where we serve both drinks and food. Each area can be targeted individually based on its usage, which makes it much easier to provide visitors with the most relevant information for each specific zone.

**What do you like best about Yodeck?**

The Yodeck player is simple to setup, even if  you do not have a wired ethernet connection. The software is even easier! It is simple to make a playlist, integrate apps, and schedule content for your screen. The turn on/off feature for the screen is super helpful also. The customer service from my initial inquiry to my subsequent questions has been superb.

**What do you dislike about Yodeck?**

The only downside I have experienced it with the celebrations app. If you use to acknowledge birthdays and you have several people  with the same birthday, the formatting on the screen is kind of wonky looking. It make a list separated by commas, which while appropriate, just doesn't look good onscreen.

**What problems is Yodeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Yodeck is helping to display promotion of specials and events at our local AMVETS Post. I am able to display meeting/event dates and times, promote our webpage and Facebook, use apps for weather and sports headlines. It is a great way to communicate the ongoings of our Veterans organization to those who are at our Post.

**What do you like best about Yodeck?**

Yodeck is easy to manage multiple displays, create 1 playlist for all, or multiple if you choose.   The range of available addons such as Microsoft documents, time and weather widgets, power BI and more.    Additionally, you can start for free, create an account and play around with the options on making a playlist.   You can also stay free forever if you only need 1 screen with few features.  We started out like that, but quickly added additional screens.

**What do you dislike about Yodeck?**

we have 3 players in the same building, but on the dashboard map they show in 3 different parts of the country.  There are multiple apps or widgets to choose from, but formatting / customization can only go so far

**What problems is Yodeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HR and Business communications displaying information about benefits, PTO and upcoming events.    This has reduced the number of times HR answer the same question from multiple employees, and raised awareness about upcoming events.

We are using Yodeck as an interactive service menu at our powersports shop. Its on a TV above our Parts/Service window to let peaple know prices on popular services. It also is streaming our website specials, and a TV Ad all on the same layout. Very nice!

What I like best about Yodeck is how seamlessly it supports our in-office experience, especially during client visits. It’s easy to display customized content, like welcome messages, client logos, or project highlights, across our screens in seconds. From an account manager’s perspective, it helps us make a great first impression and create a polished, professional atmosphere that reflects our brand and attention to detail.

One challenge with Yodeck is that the initial setup can take some time, especially when configuring multiple screens or fine-tuning display schedules for different office zones. Occasionally, there’s a short delay when syncing new content across devices, which can be tricky when preparing for time-sensitive client visits. However, once everything is in place, the platform runs smoothly and consistently.

It's super easy to use, easy to implement with existing hardware (we had Raspberry Pi), the widgets are useful and the quality of the overall product enhances the image of the business for visiting clients.

Some of the widgets text is slightly lower resolution i.e. our scan for WiFi and weather are lower res than the time and rss feeds.

I like the apps integration with Google Workspace and its easy-to-use interface.  The signs update quickly and the price is the best around.

From what I’ve seen so far, I haven’t found any downsides to Yodeck.

**What do you like best about Yodeck?**

Adding content to the web page is extremely easy and I was able to introduce it to staff within 20 minutes. While we currently only have one device, it is in the main lobby and is in use every day, it has grabbed the attention of many people and helped spread important information. Setting it up was as easy as plugging in some cables! We are planning on setting up their devices in every high traffic area. I have not reached out to support yet, but that should go to show how easy the service and device is to use.

**What do you dislike about Yodeck?**

The only real issue is when using a playlist there is an option for a "transition". The transitions work perfectly and really help the images from being jarring when changing. Unfortunately, the transition only works for images and images only. If you include videos, websites, or their built in feature called "layouts", you do not get the transition when it shows that. This leads to a strange viewing experience where some of the slides transition to the next, but then it blatantly cuts to others.

Getting information out to our customers has always been difficult, social media only works if they follow you and print outs have to be constantly replaced. This provides a perfect solution that allows for easy management and eye catching informational screens.

The Yodeck web interface is straightforward and highly intuitive, making it easy to navigate. I also value the extra apps included with the program. Setting it up was simple, and we now use it every day in our program.

**What do you dislike about Yodeck?**

One thing I find frustrating about the program is that whenever our internet connection goes down, I have to manually resend the content to the display.

**What problems is Yodeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were looking for a dependable solution to present important information to our students as they enter the building, such as the date, time, and daily schedules. Yodeck serves as the platform we use to display this information on a regular flat screen TV. While the interface is straightforward, it effectively meets our needs.

**What do you like best about Yodeck?**

Basic setup was intuitive and incredibly easy to implement across one or multiple screens.  It has tons of features that are all straight-forward, easy to set up, and yet is flexible enough to make basic integration with external tools easy.

The support team is also incredible.  Within an hour or two of creating my account, they reached out to make sure that I was doing good and find out more about my requirements.  I got the feeling that they actually cared.    And when I ran into some hiccups due to my strict requirements and created a support ticket for assistance, they were able to provide me solutions quickly and painlessly despite my inexperience and rather strict/specific requirements.

**What do you dislike about Yodeck?**

My experience has been incredibly positive.  Really, my only complaints about Yodeck are just a few minor quality of life things.  

First, it would be nice if they integrated editing the settings of the specific media/web page being displayed on a player with that player's settings and visa-versa so that you don't need to go back and forth between the screen settings page and the media settings page.

Second, it would be nice if the players came with an updated version of the Chromium browser.  Granted, some things work fine without it, and when I told support about my symptoms they knew right away that an upgrade was needed and pushed the upgrade immediately.  But it would be nice to not need to go through those extra steps.

And finally, it would be really nice if there was an integrated way to force dark mode for web pages that do not innately have that option.

I'm using Yodeck to allow me to cycle through displaying a couple secure web-based dashboards on tv's for my teams.

Yodeck is fairly easy to use and fundamental for our internal communications here at Olsen, in Brazil. We have two use cases, one at the reception room of our industry and another at our cafeteria. It was fairly easy to implement and integrate Yodeck within our platforms around here. With Yodeck, it becomes an easy task to communicate internally and promote our well-being campaigns to our employees. We use it everyday here, and on the few occasions we needed support, it was a very quick deal.

I think a great resource you could implement would be a hardware specifically designed for Yodeck, some kind of "plug-and-play" option.

Playlist Management could be better - it's too unwieldy. I have to scroll a lot and end up losing my place often.

The software allows us to show patient reviews and product/service advertisements in our waiting room. Patients love reading the positive reviews and learning about the ways we can help them, and Yodeck is an efficient way to do it. The software is pretty intuitive. I am able to easily upload my media and organize it into folders. Adding everything to the playlist is also very simple with just a few clicks. It's fast to change things when something is no longer relevant. If you ever need help, Customer Service is very helpful (once you make your way through the AI bot which takes a little too long). I love that I never have to restart the slideshow or deal with my TV going to sleep.
