**What do you like best about Yodeck?**

The best part is the learning curve: it is practically non-existent. I was surprised at how quickly I could set up a Fire TV and have content playing on the screen. The interface is very intuitive and the remote management works wonderfully; I can update the content on the screens from home without having to physically go to the location.

**What do you dislike about Yodeck?**

I would say that the online design editor can sometimes become a bit slow if you try to upload very large files. I also think that the prices are too high.

**What problems is Yodeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has solved the problem of remote content management. Before, we relied on more homemade methods (like USB) that required being there for any change. Now we can schedule playlists, change offers, or display videos. It saves us a lot of time and the image we project is much more professional and modern.

I like that its simple to set up and run digital signage. I use it for my nonprofit, for in house commercials playing to volunteers who go on humanitarian trips with us. and it works great!

**What do you dislike about Yodeck?**

The one thing I dont like about Yodeck, is that setting up the playlists and schedules takes a bit of searching around, not as intuitive, other than that its great.

**What problems is Yodeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is solving the digital signage issue. As a small nonprofit with a small budget, we tried many different ways to accomplish this, and after finding Yodeck, its been perfect for my use.

**What do you like best about Yodeck?**

What I like best about YoDeck is how easy it is to use and how affordable it is. As a small business, that combination really matters. Setting up and updating our menus and slideshows is simple, it works reliably, and we don’t have to worry about it once it’s running. It does exactly what we need without being complicated or expensive.

**What do you dislike about Yodeck?**

There isn’t much I don’t like. It does what we need and has been reliable for us. If I had to pick something, it would be that right now I don’t get to use as many features as I’d like simply because our time and schedule don’t always allow it. So it’s not really a problem with YoDeck itself, but I look forward to using more of its features in the future.

**What problems is Yodeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

YoDeck is solving the problem of managing and displaying digital content on TVs, especially things like menus, promos, and information screens, without needing complicated software or expensive hardware. For us, that means we can quickly update our menus and slideshows anytime, from anywhere, without stress. The biggest benefit is that it saves time and hassle. We don’t have to deal with USB drives, confusing systems, or paying a lot for something that’s supposed to just work. It keeps our screens looking professional and updated, which makes things smoother for both our team and our customers.

**What do you like best about Yodeck?**

The software is incredibly easy to learn and use. Not only that, but the speed at which content is uploaded and pushed to screens outmatches that of other CMS platforms I've used.

**What do you dislike about Yodeck?**

Yodeck is compatible with most devices I would like to use, but it is not compatible natively with the Philips 32BDL line without the use of a player, and a player may not be possible for me. Otherwise, there are no downsides.

**What problems is Yodeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I need a simple and speedy software that allows me to remotely update media screen content across my retail estate. Yodeck does this perfectly.

**What do you like best about Yodeck?**

Yodeck has been a great asset to our Real Estate office! Using digital signage in our customer waiting area allows us to keep the customer engaged as well as showing off out latest properties and programs at the same time.  We've received many compliments from customers and even real estate agents from other offices. Apparently no one else in our area is using a system like this.  And it's easy to upload new content and remove old content on a regular basis.

**What do you dislike about Yodeck?**

Any digital signage needs fresh content regularly, so we have to update our deck weekly.

**What problems is Yodeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In real estate, advertising is constant, and Yodeck allows us to show off all our new listings to anyone who walks in the door!

**What do you like best about Yodeck?**

The UI is very good. Most of the time, I was able to follow along and find what I needed without any trouble. It’s fast when I click Publish to screen, the changes reflect on the main screen within seconds. Overall, Yodeck is reliable. Setting up the screen was seamless and they have a great customer support I get response in less then 5-6 hours each time and also I can chat with them.

**What do you dislike about Yodeck?**

I don’t really dislike anything about it. The only issue is that we need to provide high-speed internet to the screens if we want high-quality videos to stream properly.

**What problems is Yodeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing a screen with USB streaming is quite challenging, especially when you need to change the media frequently. You have to remove the USB, load it with the new media files, and then connect it again to stream updated content. It becomes even harder when you want to manage everything remotely. That’s the main benefit I see with Yodeck.

Ease of setting up as a new user in this media stream and the user interface is super easy to understand. I can integrate many apps that are baked into the software and it is actually free for me as i only run 1 screen.

I really love the scheduling feature of Yodeck! You can schedule single media or entire playlists, and it makes my job as Art Director so much easier because I can count on the system to play my content on time and in high resolution. We play 4K video on TVs, and the playback quality is excellent. I would highly recommend Yodeck to anyone!

I only ever had some trouble with the initial setup on one of our screens. We resolved it and have had no further issues!

Yodeck allows me, as my organization's Art Director, to create and schedule content to show on different screens, so I don't have to change content throughout the week for our different meetings and events. It gives me peace of mind, which is priceless! It is reliable, and the interface is straightforward and easy to use.

it's very easy to get into the app. In 15 minutes you can open a free account, add your first device, add all the media files you need and push them to the device. That's it. 
After 3 months of using in a production site of one of our customer i cand say that ... it works. Super easy, super fast, super adaptable.
We will use this solution for sure on other sites and customers.

there is no native app for the smart TV i've used, so the only solution is to go through web browser

with Yodeck we can manage multiple screens oround production sites; decide what they show and when. Changed and updates are done in 5 minutes.

Yodeck has proven to be the best solution I could find for my small digital signage needs. It is fast, reliable, and has a clean interface, working seamlessly on nearly any hardware. The platform is extremely user-friendly, and I especially appreciate the scheduling tool.

**What do you dislike about Yodeck?**

I have noticed a few practical drawbacks. First, the web dashboard embeds can be unreliable; at times, they fail to render completely, especially when dealing with heavier content. Additionally, while the layout designer offers a lot of power, it can be somewhat tricky to use. Working with zones, tickers, and widgets often feels limiting when trying to achieve precise designs. As a result, creating complex layouts tends to be slower and less intuitive compared to working in Figma.

Yodeck has made it much easier for me to centralise all my digital signage needs. Instead of juggling multiple systems at once, I can now manage everything from a single platform. This change has also improved the speed at which we can deploy new content to our screens.

Once installed, performance was smooth and responsive, but the lack of plug‑and‑play functionality is a drawback worth noting.

Yodeck is really easy to use and implement from the moment you get started. It has a lot of features that help you customize your screens to your brand standards. It has been a communication asset tool for us at our clinics. The customer support and integration with our existing network was a breeze.

**What do you dislike about Yodeck?**

The Layouts function is a little bit clunky to use and it can cause first time users frustration. Also if you are integrating live streams into your system there are a lot of limitations. You will need a music provider that can supply you with .m3u8 urls and security blocks addressed before they work.

**What problems is Yodeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Yodeck is helping us connect and connect with our people and patients in an efficient manner. We can communicate important messages and marketing campaigns with ease, with out the need of more printed materials pasted on our walls.

I have noticed that integrations with YouTube sometimes cause problems and I can't place content from channels or streams, it usually gives me inconveniences.

I still haven't seen improvements in this area and I would like you to pay attention to this point.

We had problems or rather a lack of communication within the common areas. With Yodeck, we managed to implement an advertising service with our sponsors and advertisers, as well as to share information of interest with the students.

We've used Yodeck for years and it's been very reliable. The UI is straightforward and does everything we need. The ability to schedule media has been very useful.

We use Figma for creating our designs, and Yodeck doesn't have a Figma integration. It would be nice if one was added.

Yodeck is very easy to use and covers everything our salon needs for digital signage displays. We’ve been using Yodeck for 2.5 years, and we haven’t run into a single issue during that time.

Yodeck is extremely easy to use -- much more user-friendly than our previous digital screen software! The ability to set up specific playlists and schedule them ahead of time (rather than having to add/remove images in real-time) is a lifesaver.

I wish the weather widget were more customizable. I also think the Instagram widget could be refined. (Our screens are horizontal; most Instagram posts are vertical. Cropping to a square cuts things off weirdly.

I save so much time with in-building advertising and event promotion with Yodeck. I'm also able to build screen designs within the platform itself; performance for that feature isn't the most advanced, but it is a huge bonus for small changes. (For example, we swap out names on our 'welcome to the building!' background within the app.)

Some apps do not allow for you to preview them so the only way you can truly see what they look like is by publishing them to a screen to test/view.

Even the pricing plan when you use multiple screens is fair compared to others. Helpdesk is very helpful and quick responses. Now with the AI update its much easier to adjust the content.

The management of screens were so much easier than what we were doing and it had the features we were looking for so we got what we were looking for in regards to that. The implementation was easy with just having to reinstall our existing infrastructure to work with Yodeck. It is nice that we don't have to actively use the dashboard very often since it mostly just runs on its own.

When we integrated it with our sharepoint site we had issues with it sometimes just going to a white screen and then having to be restarted before working again. We weren't impressed with the layout editor and it didn't fit what we were hoping to accomplish with being a full replacement to our current system.

Yodeck was solving having one pane of glass to manage our infoscreens. They have good technical features like being able to turn off the screens so we don't have to buy 24/7 screens.

I like how easy Yodeck is to use. The layout is simple, so updating screens or adding new content takes almost no time. Their customer support has also been great. When we migrated from an old tenant to a new one, everything went smoothly, including our SSO setup. Whenever something is wrong on one of the screens, submitting a ticket is easy and we always get a quick response.

There is not much to dislike. The platform works well for what we need. The only small thing is that some features can take a moment to find the first time, but once you get used to the dashboard, it is fine.

Yodick is solving the classic pain points of digital signage - manual deployment, high hardware cost, poor scaling, and security concerns. Instead of wasting time walking around updating digital signage manually, I can upload new graphics or messages in the morning form my computer or my phone and schedule them to run when needed. All the screens across the organization display the same brank look or message without me having to micromanage each one.

I like that Yodeck is stupid-simple to use but still really powerful. I can drag-and-drop content, schedule playlists for different days/times, and push updates to every screen in a couple of clicks. The web dashboard is clean, the players just sit there and work, and I don’t have to babysit anything. It saves me a ton of time compared to messing with USB sticks or clunky on-premise signage tools.

What I find less appealing about Yodeck is that accessing some of the more advanced features often requires too many clicks. The layout and template editor can be somewhat cumbersome, especially when you need to make precise adjustments, and it can be tricky to locate specific settings initially. While everything functions well once configured, the learning curve for the more in-depth features could certainly be improved.

This put an end to the hassle of constantly running around with USB sticks and remotes. With over 30 signs managed by 11 players, I can now update every one of them from a single dashboard in just a few minutes, instead of having to physically interact with each screen. Our needs has been pretty limited to mostly static pictures and information and YoDeck has handled this easily.

Providing information to users without getting interrupted.
We recently did a large migration changing the entire structure of getting support and the channels used. 
I placed a screen next to me and with YoDeck informed about channels and contact points as this was needed to avoid getting disturbed.
Since the needs of my users was changing, it was easy to add more information to the screen quickly.
