Diane and the XTRM support team were very helpful when a partner sales rep sent SPIFF money to the wrong account. XTRM helped us get the funds back into our account, and we quickly redirect it to the partner sales rep. This is not a dislike, but a recommendation to assign unique ids to account number (SPN or PAT) and wallet ids. We had one case where the partner sales rep put in PAT and her wallet id, and it turned out to be a valid PAT account number. As a result the fund was transferred to the wrong account.
