One Payroll for Four Countries—Fast, Transparent Global Payments with XTRM
We pay teams across four countries and XTRM makes it feel like one payroll. The wallet architecture lets us fund once and route payments to Nepal, Colombia, Guatemala, and Brazil without dealing with individual wire transfers or correspondent bank headaches. Currency exchange is handled on-platform with transparent rates, so we're not getting surprised by hidden FX fees. The biggest upside is time. What used to take our ops team a full day of bank coordination now takes about 20 minutes. For a small company paying internationally, that matters.
