**What do you like best about XPLAN Mortgage?**

Very easy to use and straightforward software. I have also got 'the exchange' which is for the protection quote. This is also very easy to use. The illustrations and product list are automatically saved. The system automatically produces the case requirements and there is option to add notes and additional documents too. Easy to add different sets of broker fees and create an illustration. The filters are excellent and very helpful in identifying the most suitable product for the client. 

**What do you dislike about XPLAN Mortgage?**

Preferences questions might affect the sourcing results. Selecting wrong preference options can cause some lenders disappear from the sourcing results.

**Recommendations to others considering XPLAN Mortgage:**

Easy to use...straight forward software 

**What problems is XPLAN Mortgage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Very easy to create clients and cases and requirements for each clients. Easy to add different sets of broker fees and create an illustration. The filters are excellent and very helpful in identifying the most suitable product for the client. There is also an efficient inbuilt to create suitability letters which is really a time saving tool.

**What do you like best about XPLAN Mortgage?**

It is very easy to use and makes it simple, and it is not very expensive. Now it is cloud-based and allows you to run your entire enterprise in one package.

**What do you dislike about XPLAN Mortgage?**

It can sometimes be difficult to use. The format does not allow for easy analysis.

**What problems is XPLAN Mortgage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes my life easier when scheduling a bunch of showings.
