Easy to use backup solution with affordable plans that allow you to customize them for customers. **Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** BartÅ‚omiej K. | IT Administrator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** December 06, 2024 **What do you like best about Xopero ONE MSP Backup?** 1) Small size of the Xopero ONE client, easy to download and install, 2) Central management by using web browser interface, 3) You can adapt it to your needs with the option that allows you to use scripts written by yourself 4) You can customize it for the customer to reduce price for the service 5) You can use cloud solution or on-premise one 6) There isn't any limit for data transfer or number of backup plans 7) I hadn't got any problems with the service running in the system from the customer side **What do you dislike about Xopero ONE MSP Backup?** 1) No possibility to set a limit on data transfer for a device with an assigned storage, 2) No possibility to set access only to selected devices, plans and storages for the user (e.g. there are 10 devices connected, I would like them to see only 5 of them and be able to manage them), 3) No possibility to check the amount of data transferred by the device at a given time (storage space occupied by the device), 4) No possibility to add a storage of any size, minimum is 50GB, 5) No possibility to add any number of licenses for the account (Minimum is 5 Endpoints or 1 Server agent), 6) No possibility to remotely update the Xopero ONE service on end devices from the administration panel, 7) No possibility to download a backup copy for a given plan and device from the administration panel via a browser (You have to connect an additional device and temporarily use the license to do this, some accounts have only 1 server license and this is impossible), **What problems is Xopero ONE MSP Backup solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's easy to use backup solution with central management console through web browser. It allows to create automatic backup plans so I can let it do the job and check it from time to time to make sure everything is ok with the data that is backed up. ### 2.
