This gives me time to focus on other necessary tasks. It is user-friendly and provides satisfactory results. **What do you dislike about Xolo?** What I dislike about Xolo is that it charges nearly 6% of the invoice it creates. This is what I believe Xolo should change. **What problems is Xolo solving and how is that benefiting you?** The major problem that I face at the end of the month is to raise the invoice accurately against the work done. Here, Xolo plays a pivotal role. The best part is that all payments are handled by Xolo and you don't need to worry about anything. If you already have a Xolo Leap account they integrate with one another and it makes even easier to work between both platforms. **What do you dislike about Xolo?** I wish that the Comission to pay upfront to the freelancers would be disclosed beforehand. I was caught off guard when I noticed that I had a monthly fee in mind to work with some freelancers and then I had to decrease the rate because of the VAT and the comission to pay to Xolo. **What problems is Xolo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Finding and connecting with the right freelancers/talent in a quick and easy way. I just provide the needs that I have for a project and in just a few hours I have several profiles that I can reach out to. ### 4. What's most useful fo me is the integration with the Xolo account for the Estonian E-residents. **What do you dislike about Xolo?** The forementioned integration with Xolo account for the Estonian E-residents is still being bettered at this point. I'm looking forward to the full funtionality. **What problems is Xolo solving and how is that benefiting you?** The legitimate epmloyment around the world - anyone can be your colaborator even if they don't have their own company and live in the least popular business destination. ### 5.
