I like that Xolo offers an all-in-one setup for company administration and accounting in Estonia. The platform and processes are generally convenient, and it’s easy to get started and manage basic tasks in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The biggest downside is the customer experience around compliance-critical work. My annual report was not submitted on time, and I wasn’t proactively or clearly informed early enough about what was missing, what actions were needed from me, and the real deadlines/risks. Communication felt late and reactive. I also strongly dislike the pricing policy fees feel unpredictable and can increase at seemingly arbitrary times, which makes budgeting difficult and reduces trust. Xolo helps me prepare the invoices, administers, and performs other accounting tasks. This gives me time to focus on other necessary tasks. It is user-friendly and provides satisfactory results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The most important thing is that quickly helps you to connect with several freelancers.

The best part is that all payments are handled by Xolo and you don't need to worry about anything.

I wish that the Comission to pay upfront to the freelancers would be disclosed beforehand.

I was caught off guard when I noticed that I had a monthly fee in mind to work with some freelancers and then I had to decrease the rate because of the VAT and the comission to pay to Xolo. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ability to easly connect with any worker from over 180 countries and legaly work with them. What's most useful fo me is the integration with the Xolo account for the Estonian E-residents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

log-in could be faster/easier (receiving a mail every time you want to log in) - "remember me" function didnt work. Takes 2-3 days when a new contractor is set up for xolo to review. It helps me in resolving all type of recruitments process like sourcing the candidate, interview schedule, release of offer letter, sending joining formalty papers to candidate for signing Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
