I can sign in any time on my phone to lodge leave requests, check my leave balance, submit expense requests, obtain payslips, etc in seconds. Everything is there on the app and the interface is easy to navigate and find what I am looking for. I like that I can do all this without having to contact HR for it as I used to do in a previous workplace! I also liked how clear and user friendly the entire employee onboarding process was made, using Xemplo.
