## xCloud Reviews
 ### 1. Reliable Service with Excellent Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bruce D.

**Reviewed Date:** December 03, 2025

**What do you like best about xCloud?**

I enjoy using xCloud primarily for hosting websites due to its very easy-to-use interface, which makes managing my websites straightforward and efficient. The excellent support xCloud provides stands out to me as they promptly address any problems that arise, ensuring minimal disruptions and a smooth user experience. Above all, I really like the reliability of the service; it gives me confidence that my websites will be well-maintained and consistently available to visitors. The setup process for xCloud was also remarkably easy, making the initial transition from Server Pilot seamless and setting up my infrastructure hassle-free.

**What do you dislike about xCloud?**

Nothing to report

**What problems is xCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use xCloud for hosting websites. Its easy-to-use interface and excellent support solve any issues swiftly, ensuring reliability and a smooth setup process.

 ### 2. Customer-Driven Hosting That Keeps Improving

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ramyt R. | UI / UX Designer + Web Developer, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2025

**What do you like best about xCloud?**

xCloud is refreshingly customer-centric. The team actively listens to feedback, engages in their community Facebook group, and actually implements many of the suggestions users share which is something you rarely see in hosting. They roll out meaningful, genuinely useful updates at least 1–2 times a month, addressing real-world needs instead of pushing out fluff features. Their performance has been solid for my projects, and the admin panel is simple to navigate. On top of that, their pricing is fair; you get premium-level hosting power without the premium price tag.

I'm currently only using them for a few personal portfolio sites, but as I'm learning more and understanding how easy it is to use their servers and implement all their features, I see myself using their platform more frequently and for larger websites.

**What do you dislike about xCloud?**

At first I experienced a bit of slow customer response, but they have improved vastly. There is some room for improvement on their email hosting, but from what I've been told, they have a major update on that front coming in a few weeks. I'm excited!

**What problems is xCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

xCloud makes it simple to launch and manage fast WordPress sites without the typical frustrations of traditional panels. They honestly have one of the most intuitive panels around - not too basic, not overly technical, definitely not as dated as cPanel - just easy to use, and smooth as butter. As a developer, I save time thanks to their clean interface, quick deployment tools, and stable performance. Plus, I feel confident knowing the product keeps improving with real customer input, rather than stagnating.

 ### 3. Expert Solution for VPS Hosting

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** MOHIT C. | Sr. Web Developer, Information Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 02, 2025

**What do you like best about xCloud?**

The most impressive aspect is the easy-to-manage user interface, which makes navigation straightforward. Additionally, the new update control feature sets it apart from other VPS control panels, giving it a unique edge. Also there is no separate cost if you want to share it with team members.

**What do you dislike about xCloud?**

There is per server cost make it little costly

**What problems is xCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

After switching to xCloud from other cPanel providers, I have found it to be quite useful for my team. It allows me to share individual access with both my team members and customers who have purchased our hosting.

 ### 4. Modern control panel and reliable support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 11, 2025

**What do you like best about xCloud?**

We’ve been thoroughly impressed with xCloud.host. Their customer support is exceptional—always responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. The control panel is modern, intuitive, and simplifies even complex server management tasks.

What truly sets xCloud.host apart is the way they handle software updates and performance optimization. Updates are smooth and hassle-free, and the server environment is finely tuned for speed and reliability—particularly for resource-intensive platforms like WooCommerce.

If you're looking for a hosting solution that combines excellent support with top-tier performance and ease of use, xCloud.host is an outstanding choice.

**What do you dislike about xCloud?**

There isn’t anything I particularly dislike. However, one area where I see room for improvement is in the website migration process between servers hosted on xCloud. While the platform excels in many aspects, adding a more seamless and robust site migration feature—similar to what some other competitive control panels offer—would be a valuable enhancement. This would make managing multiple environments even more efficient.

**What problems is xCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

xCloud helped us resolve critical issues on a high-traffic production website with minimal downtime. Their live chat support was exceptionally fast and effective in diagnosing and fixing the problem. This level of responsiveness has been invaluable in maintaining site stability and ensuring a smooth experience for our users, even during peak traffic periods.

 ### 5. xCloud Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tor J. | President, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 02, 2025

**What do you like best about xCloud?**

My experience with xCloud overall has been excellent. What sets it apart is the quality of the support. Today I had the pleasure of working with Linda - she's a Rock Star!

**What do you dislike about xCloud?**

No issues to date, and every issue I have had have been self inflicted and they have saved me each time.

**What problems is xCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

xCloud has been priced fairly alows me to choose from a large number of servers. And lets not forget the amazing team in support.

 ### 6. One of the best in cloud server management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gerson L. | Strategist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2025

**What do you like best about xCloud?**

I like the UI and UX. I can just easily find things in my dashboard without pulling my hair. Setting up the servers, installing software, and migrating and managing sites are all very easily accessible. The availability and quality of features that other similar services don't have is also a plus. I also like the support and community.

**What do you dislike about xCloud?**

The only issue I've encountered so far is a migration not proceeding, most probably since the originating server had very low resources. It did work with their suggested alternative, but I would have preferred it to be possible with xCloud too.

**What problems is xCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

complex server setup and management, server-level security, website migration, client access to their server

 ### 7. Good server management app

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vincent Po I. | Managing Director & Global Head of Marketing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 14, 2024

**What do you like best about xCloud?**

I was one of the early adopters and got in on the Lifetime license. They've since added tons of new features and functionalities that make it easier for people like me to manage my own VPS server without the headaches.

**What do you dislike about xCloud?**

It doesn't always work perfectly, even if you follow their documentation, but overall it works. I'd like to see more storage providers added (namely Bunny.net). I had added that as a feature request but not sure if I'll see that anytime soon.

**What problems is xCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

While I'm not advanced enough to manage my own server on my own via the command line, I know just enough. xCloud makes managing a VPS cloud server FAR more easier with many baked in user-friendly features. I've run my own servers in the past with a lot of headaches and xCloud makes it more user-friendly to administer and manage a VPS server.

 ### 8. Reliable Cloud Hosting with Excellent Performance and Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sharon A. | DevOps Engineer, Maritime, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 26, 2024

**What do you like best about xCloud?**

What I like best about XCloud is its unmatched reliability and performance. The platform consistently delivers high uptime, ensuring my applications run smoothly without any interruptions. Additionally, its scalable infrastructure and seamless integration with major cloud providers like AWS and GCP make deployment and management incredibly easy. The user-friendly dashboard simplifies resource monitoring, while the customer support team is always responsive and helpful, ensuring any issues are resolved quickly.

**What do you dislike about xCloud?**

What I dislike about XCloud is the pricing structure, which can be a bit steep, especially for small businesses or startups. While the platform offers great performance and features, more flexible pricing options or tiered plans could make it more accessible to a wider range of users. Additionally, the learning curve for advanced features could be smoother, as some configurations require more technical expertise.

**What problems is xCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

solving the problem of scalable and reliable cloud infrastructure for hosting applications. It offers seamless autoscaling and high availability, which ensures that my applications handle traffic spikes without downtime. Additionally, XCloud provides integrated monitoring tools and secure backup solutions, helping me maintain optimal performance and data security without needing to manage these aspects manually. This benefits me by significantly reducing the time spent on infrastructure management, allowing me to focus on core development tasks, and ensuring that my applications remain fast and accessible to users.

 ### 9. XCLOUD: WordPress Hosting Done Right for Web Developers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gary M. | Strategic Account Manager - Automotive & eMobility Segment, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2024

**What do you like best about xCloud?**

I've implemented web design and hosting for years, providing a web presence for small businesses and non-profits. Finding a reliable WordPress hosting solution that balances performance and easy multi-site management has been challenging. I have implemented various solutions, including dedicated hosting, shared hosting, and others, each with challenges.

Recently, I invested in an XCLOUD solution, and I am incredibly happy with its performance and experience. It offers a single, intuitive interface that combines server performance with ease of installing and managing my multiple WordPress sites.

What I have come to appreciate most about XCLOUD is the exceptional support and service. Fortunately, I don't need help often, but when I do, it is critical. Their team is responsive and knowledgeable, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure my clients' websites run smoothly. I have confidence that when I submit a support ticket or reach them via chat, I will get help and answers.

**What do you dislike about xCloud?**

This isn't a dislike as much as an observation regarding the interface. Because the company is relatively new, I have found some advanced features to be in the process of being implemented or a roadmap item. The development is fast, and the product is robust, but sometimes you might think this particular feature should already be included. So when discovered, you submit a ticket and wait for the roadmap items to be checked off the list.

**What problems is xCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing multiple websites via a single interface.
Launching new WP websites.
Implementing staging websites.
Maintaining backups.

 ### 10. Best support team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jose Luis M. | IT - Sys Admin, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 03, 2024

**What do you like best about xCloud?**

I'm starting with servers like this and they are really patient with me and help me doing steps to reach next level.
Sincerly, one of the best support's team that i'd never meet, keep doing like this.

**What do you dislike about xCloud?**

Nothing at this momment, they should be bigger and i hope in some time they will get it because they are doing very well.

**What problems is xCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They simplify a lot the job of storing several wordpress on the same server.
For this, they have some integrations with other providers and their servers too, so it's easy to use.
The best for me, is the easiest way to have certificates, updates on plugins and backups, all for this is easy to use.

 ### 11. Excellent UI - Unreliable Support

**Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Robert D. | Founder & CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2025

**What do you like best about xCloud?**

Their UI/UX is superb to manage servers and sites.

**What do you dislike about xCloud?**

Their support is short-staffed and they don't have any true WP experts working, only low level support agents that provide vague answers or no solutions at all via support ticket.

**What problems is xCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having a modern easy to use Server and Site management platform for agencies.

 ### 12. Awesome Experience So Far

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ben P. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 21, 2024

**What do you like best about xCloud?**

I've used Cloudways and Runcloud. So I have some experience with hosting panels. I think xCloud has the potential to surpass them. I was able to get a site up and running easily and without problems. Some of my favorite things so far include: the Cloudflare integration, which automatically changes the DNS settings. The ability to magic log in to the sites from the dashboard. Updating WordPress plugins from the dashboard is also possible, eliminating the need for MainWP or similar software. I also like that SMTP can be set up at the server level.

**What do you dislike about xCloud?**

They are new and still have a lot of features that are needed. But their roadmap looks exciting! I also hope that their support will get faster in the future.

**What problems is xCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I host many wordpress websites using different services. xCloud made it easy to create and maintain my sites. They have several useful features that my previous hosting software didn't have.

 ### 13. Great Cloud Platform

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Blaine M. | COO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 21, 2024

**What do you like best about xCloud?**

xCloud is a great server management solution. I'm currently using CloudWays, and it'll save a lot of money for my WordPress hosted sites versus CloudWays which provides quite a premium on server hosting. The management panel is easy to navigate and find useful tools, and customer support has been quick when I've needed ot use it.

**What do you dislike about xCloud?**

This is a new product, so there are some features that don't exist yet, but I expect within 6 months to a year this will be a fully featured product. Migration using their official plugin doesn't work as well as I'd like and is quite slow, but using their alternative solution of Migrate Guru is very fast and works well enough.

**What problems is xCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I've currently got sites hosted on Cloudways and on a Vultr Server using cPanel/WHM. We're immediately replacing cPanel and cutting 2/3s of our hosting costs on the same type of server, and will be migrating our Cloudways sites later.

 ### 14. Easy to Use

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yaroslav K. | web developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 20, 2024

**What do you like best about xCloud?**

Hey there! This tool is good for agencies juggling multiple client websites and is way better and more affordable than Cloudways. I was using Runcloud before and now I switched to this and it looks good and easy to use with an intuitive panel! It is a new product so some of the important features are in the roadmap. But I will give a chance to this team.

**What do you dislike about xCloud?**

New products but a lot of good features are in roadmap

**What problems is xCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Good for connecting VPS with an intuitive panel

 ### 15. Easy to use, high-class panel for operating virtual servers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Online Media | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 19, 2024

**What do you like best about xCloud?**

Thanks to xCloud, I can connect any virtual server without incurring the high costs of licensing their control panels.
I currently have a powerful VPS server connected, which only costs me 5 euros a month. However, if I wanted to buy it with a visual control panel, I would have to pay several times more.

After seamlessly connecting the server, xCloud gives me almost full control over the supported server - easy, fast and intuitive.

**What do you dislike about xCloud?**

xCloud is a fairly new product on the market. At the moment, I'm missing a file manager from the panel (of course, I can manage them via sFTP or SSH, but not every my device has access to an sFTP or SSH client).

**What problems is xCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

xCloud solves the problem of supporting unmanaged VPS servers, which are usually quite cheap, but after adding the cost of the management panel, their price is no longer affordable.
For people who are not very familiar with managing a server on their own, xCloud is like a dream come true

 ### 16. I'm impressed!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marty R. | Yoga & Movement Instructor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 20, 2024

**What do you like best about xCloud?**

The balance between functionality and ux is great. I can find lots of features that more established dashboards are lacking.

**What do you dislike about xCloud?**

Support ticketing system could be better.

**What problems is xCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

the xCloud dashboard is easy to use, quick to set up WordPress sites, and monitors and install updates.
