Everything has worked as expected from the beginning, and xCloud has developed enormously during the time we have been using it. What impresses me most is the pace at which they keep adding genuinely useful features. It feels like every few weeks there is something substantial new to explore, and I have actually learned quite a lot simply by testing and using the things they keep building. A great example is the server console directly inside the xCloud interface. Being able to work on the server without having to SSH into it separately is incredibly convenient. I also love how much freedom there is to install and configure things natively instead of being locked into a very restricted hosting environment. The panel itself is a pleasure to work with. It is clean, fast, and makes managing our sites considerably easier than what I was used to before. Support has also been exceptional. I have not needed them very often because things generally work smoothly out of the box, but every time I did contact them, they went above and beyond. Quite often the actual problem was simply that I did not yet understand something, but they still took the time to investigate it with me and help me get everything working. What stands out most is that xCloud does not seem to be standing still. The product keeps getting better at an almost ridiculous pace, while the core platform remains reliable. **What do you dislike about xCloud?** There is genuinely very little I can put here. xCloud is the first dedicated cloud server management panel I have used, so I cannot make an informed comparison with RunCloud, CloudPanel, Ploi, or similar platforms. But from my perspective, I also do not find myself wondering what another panel would do substantially better. Whenever I start thinking of something that would make xCloud more useful, they seem to either already support it or introduce something along those lines shortly afterwards. After a year of using it, I have no meaningful complaint. **What problems is xCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** xCloud gives us a central and very convenient way to manage our WordPress infrastructure without having to choose between restrictive managed hosting and manually administering every aspect of our servers. We moved all of our sites away from SiteGround and now have much more control over the underlying infrastructure while still having a very polished management layer on top of it. For me, that combination is the main benefit. I can go quite deep when I want to, without having to turn routine server and WordPress management into a sysadmin project. The result is more control, a better workflow, excellent support when something does come up, and an infrastructure platform that keeps becoming more capable. After a year with xCloud, moving our sites there remains one of the best decisions I have made for our digital infrastructure. ### 2. I'd like to see more storage providers added (namely Bunny.net). So I have some experience with hosting panels. I think xCloud has the potential to surpass them. I was able to get a site up and running easily and without problems. Some of my favorite things so far include: the Cloudflare integration, which automatically changes the DNS settings. The ability to magic log in to the sites from the dashboard. Updating WordPress plugins from the dashboard is also possible, eliminating the need for MainWP or similar software. I also like that SMTP can be set up at the server level. **What do you dislike about xCloud?** They are new and still have a lot of features that are needed. But their roadmap looks exciting! I also hope that their support will get faster in the future. **What problems is xCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** I host many wordpress websites using different services. xCloud made it easy to create and maintain my sites. I'm currently using CloudWays, and it'll save a lot of money for my WordPress hosted sites versus CloudWays which provides quite a premium on server hosting. The management panel is easy to navigate and find useful tools, and customer support has been quick when I've needed to use it. **What do you dislike about xCloud?** This is a new product, so there are some features that don't exist yet, but I expect within 6 months to a year this will be a fully featured product. I currently have a powerful VPS server connected, which only costs me 5 euros a month. However, if I wanted to buy it with a visual control panel, I would have to pay several times more. After seamlessly connecting the server, xCloud gives me almost full control over the supported server - easy, fast and intuitive. **What do you dislike about xCloud?** xCloud is a fairly new product on the market. At the moment, I'm missing a file manager from the panel (of course, I can manage them via sFTP or SSH, but not every my device has access to an sFTP or SSH client). **What problems is xCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** xCloud solves the problem of supporting unmanaged VPS servers, which are usually quite cheap, but after adding the cost of the management panel, their price is no longer affordable. For people who are not very familiar with managing a server on their own, xCloud is like a dream come true ### 18.
