xCloud is refreshingly customer-centric. The team actively listens to feedback, engages in their community Facebook group, and actually implements many of the suggestions users share which is something you rarely see in hosting. They roll out meaningful, genuinely useful updates at least 1–2 times a month, addressing real-world needs instead of pushing out fluff features. Their performance has been solid for my projects, and the admin panel is simple to navigate. On top of that, their pricing is fair; you get premium-level hosting power without the premium price tag.
I'm currently only using them for a few personal portfolio sites, but as I'm learning more and understanding how easy it is to use their servers and implement all their features, I see myself using their platform more frequently and for larger websites. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
At first I experienced a bit of slow customer response, but they have improved vastly. There is some room for improvement on their email hosting, but from what I've been told, they have a major update on that front coming in a few weeks. I'm excited! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
