"xCloud: User-Friendly, Lightning-Fast Hosting with Unbeatable Value"
5/5
What do you like best about xCloud?

The Product: Among all hosting control panels I have used so far, I find the GUI design of the xCloud panel most user-friendly. My experience of hosting WordPress and n8n on xCloud has been flawless. WordPress websites on managed hosting server and on self managed server load superfast and have 97-99% performance score on GT Metrix.

Excellent Support: I’ve contacted xCloud support a few times, and on every occasion, they resolved my issue to my satisfaction with a quick turnaround. Apart from the initial setup, I’ve rarely needed to reach out to support, which speaks volumes about the reliability of their service. Overall, I’ve had a very positive experience with xCloud.

Unbeatable Price: I pay $5 a month for an entry level fully managed cloud server. A cloud server and the xCloud hosting control panel are included in the price. No other hosting provider, as far as I'm aware, provides a fully managed cloud server at this price. A comparable service from a competitor usually costs 200% or more.

The team: xCloud is managed by a customer centric group of experts who are passionate about their work. The speed at which the team releases new features amazes me. They announce a new release, a new feature, or something that delights all of their customers every one to two weeks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Clean, Fast, and Reliable—xCloud Keeps Getting Better at an Incredible Pace"
5/5
What do you like best about xCloud?

I moved all of our sites from SiteGround to xCloud about a year ago, and I honestly could not be happier with the decision.

Everything has worked as expected from the beginning, and xCloud has developed enormously during the time we have been using it. What impresses me most is the pace at which they keep adding genuinely useful features. It feels like every few weeks there is something substantial new to explore, and I have actually learned quite a lot simply by testing and using the things they keep building.

A great example is the server console directly inside the xCloud interface. Being able to work on the server without having to SSH into it separately is incredibly convenient. I also love how much freedom there is to install and configure things natively instead of being locked into a very restricted hosting environment.

The panel itself is a pleasure to work with. It is clean, fast, and makes managing our sites considerably easier than what I was used to before.

Support has also been exceptional. I have not needed them very often because things generally work smoothly out of the box, but every time I did contact them, they went above and beyond. Quite often the actual problem was simply that I did not yet understand something, but they still took the time to investigate it with me and help me get everything working.

What stands out most is that xCloud does not seem to be standing still. The product keeps getting better at an almost ridiculous pace, while the core platform remains reliable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about xCloud?

There is genuinely very little I can put here.

xCloud is the first dedicated cloud server management panel I have used, so I cannot make an informed comparison with RunCloud, CloudPanel, Ploi, or similar platforms.

But from my perspective, I also do not find myself wondering what another panel would do substantially better. Whenever I start thinking of something that would make xCloud more useful, they seem to either already support it or introduce something along those lines shortly afterwards.

After a year of using it, I have no meaningful complaint. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The excellent support xCloud provides stands out to me as they promptly address any problems that arise, ensuring minimal disruptions and a smooth user experience. Above all, I really like the reliability of the service; it gives me confidence that my websites will be well-maintained and consistently available to visitors. "Customer-Driven Hosting That Keeps Improving"
5/5
What do you like best about xCloud?

xCloud is refreshingly customer-centric. The team actively listens to feedback, engages in their community Facebook group, and actually implements many of the suggestions users share which is something you rarely see in hosting. They roll out meaningful, genuinely useful updates at least 1–2 times a month, addressing real-world needs instead of pushing out fluff features. Their performance has been solid for my projects, and the admin panel is simple to navigate. On top of that, their pricing is fair; you get premium-level hosting power without the premium price tag.

I'm currently only using them for a few personal portfolio sites, but as I'm learning more and understanding how easy it is to use their servers and implement all their features, I see myself using their platform more frequently and for larger websites. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about xCloud?

At first I experienced a bit of slow customer response, but they have improved vastly. There is some room for improvement on their email hosting, but from what I've been told, they have a major update on that front coming in a few weeks. I'm excited! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

5/5
What do you like best about xCloud?

The most impressive aspect is the easy-to-manage user interface, which makes navigation straightforward. Additionally, the new update control feature sets it apart from other VPS control panels, giving it a unique edge. Also there is no separate cost if you want to share it with team members. "Modern control panel and reliable support"
5/5
What do you like best about xCloud?

We’ve been thoroughly impressed with xCloud.host. Their customer support is exceptional—always responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. The control panel is modern, intuitive, and simplifies even complex server management tasks.

What truly sets xCloud.host apart is the way they handle software updates and performance optimization. Updates are smooth and hassle-free, and the server environment is finely tuned for speed and reliability—particularly for resource-intensive platforms like WooCommerce.

If you're looking for a hosting solution that combines excellent support with top-tier performance and ease of use, xCloud.host is an outstanding choice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about xCloud?

There isn’t anything I particularly dislike. However, one area where I see room for improvement is in the website migration process between servers hosted on xCloud. While the platform excels in many aspects, adding a more seamless and robust site migration feature—similar to what some other competitive control panels offer—would be a valuable enhancement. This would make managing multiple environments even more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"One of the best in cloud server management"
5/5
What do you like best about xCloud?

I like the UI and UX. I can just easily find things in my dashboard without pulling my hair. Setting up the servers, installing software, and migrating and managing sites are all very easily accessible. The availability and quality of features that other similar services don't have is also a plus. I also like the support and community. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about xCloud?

The only issue I've encountered so far is a migration not proceeding, most probably since the originating server had very low resources. It did work with their suggested alternative, but I would have preferred it to be possible with xCloud too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Good server management app"
4/5
What do you like best about xCloud?

I was one of the early adopters and got in on the Lifetime license. They've since added tons of new features and functionalities that make it easier for people like me to manage my own VPS server without the headaches. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about xCloud?

It doesn't always work perfectly, even if you follow their documentation, but overall it works. I'd like to see more storage providers added (namely Bunny.net). I had added that as a feature request but not sure if I'll see that anytime soon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
