The thing that bothered me the most is the installation: it is really slow. Even on recent PCs, it takes me 15–20 minutes, and during the installation, the system becomes sluggish. Additionally, I encountered a serious issue with logging in: when I try to log in with a Google account, the program says it will open a browser page, but then nothing happens. I enjoy that WPS Office is free and very similar to Office. I especially value the ease with which I can really see how a document looks once downloaded. I use the print preview to ensure that the sizes are well set. I appreciate the 'Save as' function to see how a document transforms into other formats. it worked but then they stick you with the annual subscription when you only needed it that one time, and dont offer a refund because they know how scummy of a business model that is.
