**What do you like best about WPFactory?**

Highly recommend WP Factory for their plugins and incredible customer service. I use several of their Woocommerce plugins, have done so for many years. Any time we have had any sort of compatibility issue, their tech support has been quick to give a solution. One of the best software providers i have ever had the pleasure of dealing with.

**What do you dislike about WPFactory?**

I can honestly its always a good experience dealing with WPFactory. Its great to know that if any issue with their plugin arises, they can be relied on to provide a resolution quickly. Their technician are thoughtful and reply in the most friendly and easy to understand way.

**What problems is WPFactory solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had an issue where their Min Max Quantity plugin conflicted with another Woocommerce plugin. Without hesitation, they provided a fix for the problem. They didn't even investigate whether the problem was with their plugin or the other plugin, they just looked into it and sorted the issue out in a matter of days. 

We encountered a problem some months later with another new plugin we added to the site. Once again, they gave us a swift resolution to make the new plugin work with theirs.

I have no hesitation adding WPFactory plugins to my clients site.

Variety of plugins sold at WPFactory for WooCommerce, faced an issue, and the support team was really helpful.

**What do you dislike about WPFactory?**

They need to update their interface and make it more modern.

Customizing WordPress and WooCommerce features by offering cool plugins.
