The strong version control and deep search capabilities are extremely effective for our daily work. The tight integration with Outlook stands out, allowing us to save emails and attachments directly to the correct client or project folder, which keeps our correspondence organized. This really saves us time and avoids the frustration of losing critical information. I also appreciate the audit trails and permission system that provide full transparency over document access or edits, essential for GDPR compliance and ensuring client trust. The profile and metadata setup can be overly rigid—customizing fields or workflows to match our exact project structure sometimes requires technical support or backend configuration, instead of letting admins adjust it directly in a user-friendly way. We need a more intuitive, visual admin interface to create, edit, and reorganize custom fields without relying on technical support. Even small changes like adding a new client-specific field or modifying required fields can feel complicated and time-consuming.
