The best thing about it is that it is a great way to ensure good acts are recognized. **What do you dislike about Workstars?** One thing that I have noticed about Workstars that my employees have brought up is that vouchers/gift cards that used to be available to redeem are now not redeemable. Example: Visa gift cards. **What problems is Workstars solving and how is that benefiting you?** As mentioned above, Workstars is a great way to help solve the problem of acts going unnoticed. Now with Workstars ALL employees can be recognized in a positive manner, especially by higher executives. ### 7. I think if it could be simplified, so my grandma could use it easily, it would be really great. **What problems is Workstars solving and how is that benefiting you?** Sometimes it is difficult to organically compliment, thank, and appreciate coworkers. Also the fact that it lets you give recognition to anybody. **What do you dislike about Workstars?** The downside of work star is you should be able to redeem more stuff with all the recognition and good feedback, so your hard work could pay off. It would be best if the whole company participated. **What problems is Workstars solving and how is that benefiting you?** It can be challenging to reward people in person for going above and beyond without the potential for talk of favoritism, unbalanced rewards, etc. With Workstars, the acknowledgments are public but the remuneration amounts remain private. ### 17. I should use it more, but the interface and how to interact with employees is fairly easy to use.
